Have had problems with it shifting since we bought it. Last month took it to dealer with 680 miles, because it hesitated shifting into gear and it wouldn't move. After a new heavy duty clutch and $2400.00 later it shifts like a dream.

I have farm machinery and 4 wheelers so I am always making sure the oil is changed and full and run the right fuel in them.

Took it for a ride on some gravel fire lane roads and it started smoking and the inside of the muffler glowed bright red. Didn't even get 20 miles on it since I picked it up. Stopped took it back to the dealer. Now I'm told it needs to have the cylinder, pistons and all that good stuff repaired for another 1500.00 dollars.

We don't abuse it. We have a small ranch and use it to repair fence and pick up small brush to clean the fields.

We do not understand why we are having all these problems! Is there something you can do to help? We bought the Cadet Brand instead of a Polaris because we thought it was the best, but so far we're not happy with it.

Thank You, Matthew Saam

Desired outcome: Either you cover paying for repairs or the best outcome would be a new Cadet Challenger 550 in place of this one.
