Cryogen review: Skin tag remover 2

Look out! This is a TOTAL SCAM! I ordered 1 bottle of cryogen skin tag remover for $39. It was to include 2 bottles of “free” product

When I received the product a few weeks later they had charged me for 5 bottles for $199.88. I called the 800 number given and spoke to a rep. After an extremely frustrating exchange, I was finally able to get the address to return the product. I was told I would get a credit on my acct once they received the product. I returned the product to the address given. Via tracking# it was confirmed the product was received a few days later. My charge card was never credited as per my conversation. I called 3 wks later and had an even more frustrating conversation with a rep. I asked for a supervisor but apparently there is no supervisor. This individual avoided any talk of a refund. I finally hung up on her. My card had been charged the amt indicated in the bill. I will be contacting my cc company to reverse the charge and report this company as a TOTAL SCAM.
