I had a cruise booked leavin' from Cape Liberty, New Jersey October 3. 'Cause of Covid, the cruise was rebooked to leave October 9. The cruise got cancelled 'cause it couldn't leave from the port in New Jersey. My bookin' number is ID: XXXXXXX. The group travel order is #XXXXXXXX. I chose to cancel my reservation instead of rebookin' again. I got an email on June 14 from my travel agent advisin' that I would receive a refund of my deposit *** total paid for 2) in 30-45 days. I haven't received any further info and my travel agent hasn't provided any further updates.

In November, I bought a cruise for 8 people over Christmas from CruiseOne. The agent who helped us with the travel arrangements was ***. 5 people in our group needed transportation from the airport to the cruise terminal. According to Royal Caribbean, we had to buy their transportation through our travel agent. So, I bought round trip transportation for 5 people from CruiseOne. I paid the full amount. When we arrived at the airport and tried to board the bus to the cruise terminal, 2 out of the 5 people were not on the list. Royal Caribbean told me to talk to the travel agency that booked it. I called *** at customer service at *** and explained the situation. (This is recorded) She said she would cancel all transportation since we were traveling as a group and refund our money. We had to use Uber or Lyft instead. I talked to *** and several customer service representatives to get the refund for the transportation we paid for through the company. At first, *** would apologize and blame the lack of resolution or refund on being busy because of Covid. Now, I can't even get him to reply to an email. *** was really helpful and said they would send us a check for the refund. That was over a month ago. We haven't received any check and haven't heard from CruiseOne in over a month. The refund amount is $350. The issue started on December 26. I have multiple emails with *** that show the lack of communication and resolution.

I booked a cruise and cuz of covid it got canceled. I asked to move the cruise, it got moved but ended up canceling cuz I was $*** short on the final payment. I took the penalty and rescheduled the cruise for 2022. They sent me a new quote showing the money that did transfer from the old cruise, minus the penalty fee. I booked a different vacation for 2021. I sent money down for the new vacation but they said they needed the full amount cuz we were so close. I sent them a new check for the money in full, which was what they wanted. I asked them to destroy the check I had sent for $***. They said they got the money and processed both checks. I immediately said they were only supposed to put through the one check cuz the other was supposed to be destroyed, it will cause everything to bounce, which it did. It took me over two months to get everything sorted with both checks. They put the $*** on the cruise and paid for the tip to Mexico in full. Now I'm at the final payment for the cruise and the online payment link wasn't working. I asked them to process the payment. They didn't do it. I asked why? They said it wouldn't go through and they would call Royal Carribean to find out why. They then sent me a new receipt showing a higher price for the cruise and that I didn't pay as much as I did. I brought this up and they said they would check on it. Their husband told me that we never paid $*** but later that night they sent me a copy of the $*** check that they had cashed. Now they're saying they found my money but it's $*** plus $***. Something the cruise was holding onto. This still isn't the amount that I paid. They're now saying that their receipt means nothing and I should only go by the receipt from the cruise line. I told them they never sent me a receipt from the cruise line until this week. According to their receipt, I paid $*** but the cruise line receipt says I paid $***. Where's the rest of my money?
