We got told by the state that the LLC was forfeited. We told CSC, but we still keep getting bills for over a year now. We sent them many letters to stop and they keep billing us.

I've been using CSC for 3 years for business licensing renewals and registered agent service. The team is great at responding quickly and assisting with my needs. The technology is very helpful for managing everything.

CSC Global didn't provide any services, charges way more than other options, and admitted on the phone that they added entity management services without our consent. Find another place for registered agent services.

Worst company ever. Emails took 30+ days to get a response, they charge absurd fees and don't offer much in return. I switched to legalzoom and couldn't be happier. This company is a borderline scam who preys on its customers.

This company is terrible. They can't provide any info about the LLCs they serve. I have a problem and I'm trying to reach the LLC, but there's absolutely no contact info for them, which is why I'm trying to contact them. SPAMMING DOMAIN: COMCAST.NET

This company is a scam! They don't check the filers for UCC applications. Someone used my husband's information (identity theft) to get a disaster loan from the State of Ohio. Nobody in Columbus Ohio verified any of this info, and this person got a loan for $44000! Don't trust this company, they don't do their homework!

I gotta agree with the bad reviews. But it wasn't always like this. Started using CSC (or an older version) 30 years ago. Great service and always willing to help. Lately, the service has been terrible. Paid $85,000 in fees to CSC in 2021, and they still don't care about keeping our business. Gonna look somewhere else, should've done it earlier.

This company, Corporation Service Company, is being used by a Real Estate Investment Company based in Texas called JEFF 1 EQUITY OWNER, LLC. They are purchasing affordable housing that is set up as assisted living rentals. Unfortunately, they are evicting disabled residents who still have active leases until the end of 2022. The problem is that they are not giving these residents enough notice (less than 30 days) to apply for and secure affordable housing. As a result, many affected residents are unable to seek, complete, or attend appointments to receive the necessary assistance in finding safe and healthy housing that caters to their specific services and needs for their disabilities.

Heavily spamed! I'm being bombarded with fraud/malicious emails impersonating PayPal coming from domain emaildl.att-mail.com. I have reported this domain to ATT-MAIL.COM and to cscdbs.com multiple times- emails are still coming and the domain is still active. This company didn't even move its finger to stop the crime to thrive and flourish. If they cannot follow ant-spam, CASL act, how can they be trusted? I will keep reporting them to all spam, Internet/Cyber crime organizations and FBI until they will take a better care of this matter. If you get such email, I'd recommend you to do the same - report it right away to the proper organizations.

I'm an attorney and I use CSC as registered agent for 5 companies in 3 states. I know a lot about filing rules and obligations, so I was glad to let someone else handle this. Unfortunately, the service was a mess of mistakes. It seems like the different departments use different CRM platforms, which is part of the problem. Also, the reps and account managers don't take much responsibility once they realize there's a problem. This just makes the problems multiply. Here are some examples: 1) CSC mixed up my account with a company I used to own and a completely unrelated company. Then they emailed credit card receipts for registered agent services to the contact at the company I wasn't affiliated with anymore. This is a violation of data privacy. 2) A CSC rep filled out annual reports with incorrect data that was either guessed or made up by an employee. It wasn't in my account record and I or my employees didn't provide it. This is a sneaky move. It included wrong statements about the type of business, using an employee's direct number as the company phone, wrongly naming former partners (who were listed on an annual report from 5 years ago) as members, wrong addresses, and worst of all, mixing data from completely separate entities. They even used an email address from one business for all the businesses, linking 5 entities that should have been kept separate. Can CSC really make such dumb mistakes, or is this intentional sabotage? I didn't want the companies linked. This puts me at risk. It's public record now. Watching CSC try to fix the mistake is like watching an episode of the Three Stooges. I know it's a big company. They should definitely do better, but they haven't despite many complaints, so I'll have to move my account somewhere else. I think they must make mistakes all the time, considering the range of errors I've seen with CRM linking problems and bad infrastructure. Be careful.

This company filed a UCC filing we never did business with this company. I tried to talk with a representative to resolve that, but they simply ignored me. I need this UCC filing removed from the state profile as soon as possible.

I just made a new LLC in Alabama. After that, we started getting bills in the mail and emails for Foreign Filing Fees and Finance Charges. I never reached out to this company, asked for any services or products from them, and I checked with the attorney who helped me set up the LLC, and he never contacted them for us. I called CSC and they told me I have to pay or they'll send it to collections. This is a scam.

This company filed a UCC filing against our company, but we don't know anything about them. We never did business with them. When we contacted them to ask about it, they said they did work for a client and told us to contact the person we received a loan from. But we never got a loan, so we can't reach out to someone we don't know! They filed the UCC filing under *** and reported it on our duns number. We want the filing to be removed and we want a confirmation letter sent to us to show that it has been removed.

Ungrounded and false debt collection. I signed up with CSC and paid for a full year on 11/3. In January , I got a bill which I thought was too early and shouldn't have been sent; they said a new bill would come in October . Then, out of nowhere in June , a guy named Michael Roush called and demanded $390.00 for two years, even though they had no record of my $195.00 payment for the first 12 months. He refused to pass it on to his boss and sent the unjust and wrong bill to collections with AMS. I sent a letter to AMS with proof of payment from my bank, and I called them three times (no one ever called back or replied to my letter) but I'm still getting collection letters in the mail.

I'm currently dealing with a situation where I need to take T-Mobile to arbitration. According to T-Mobile's terms and conditions, I have to inform their Registered Agent in writing, which happens to be Corporation Service Company. I called their "Service of Process" department, but they refused to search for the name and address related to my complaint. They mentioned that they work with many companies, so they couldn't help me. I think this goes against their responsibilities as a Registered Agent. If they don't give me the EXACT information I need to notify them as per T-Mobile's terms and conditions, I plan to escalate this matter. If you're wondering how to resolve disputes with T-Mobile, they state that you should send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to their registered agent (mentioned in the "How Do We Notify Each Other" section) and to the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). To initiate arbitration or any other legal proceeding, you must serve their registered agent, Corporation Service Company, and you can reach them at [protected].

I got an invoice in early July or maybe late June, dated 4/22, from CSC for $391.00. They also added an FC of $5.87 with their second invoice. I called them to ask what the bill was for. The person I talked to said it was for using their company as a Registered Agent for North Dakota. I told them I already had a Registered Agent for ND, and she asked me who it was and when I got the company. I didn't know at that time, so I said I would get back to her when I find my info. I haven't called them back yet, but I checked with the Secretary of State in North Dakota, and she confirmed that my Registered Agent is CORPORATION SERVICE COMPANY in Bismarck, ND. I didn't find the company in the list of companies with the Delaware address in your listings. Now I'm wondering if ND works with a bigger Registering Agent Company, hence the CSC initials. I've had this Registered Agent Company in ND since 2013 and haven't been billed. It's very confusing to me. Don't you think I would have been notified of the change or billed before last April (received in June or early July) since I've been using a registered agent since 2013?
