She was really nice too, but she saw that I had zero results as well. She said she would email their manager to review my files and figure out what could be done. Well, guess what? I never heard back from them. Talk about a major letdown.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience. I mean, I paid good money for this treatment, and I expected to see some kind of improvement. But nope, nada, zilch. It's a real shame because the staff was nice and all, but if they can't deliver the results they promise, what's the point, right?
