I have read all terms and conditions and decided to buy anti-aging serum from the company www.Myskinmd.com. I placed the order and it was trial, so I paid only for the delivery, but these jerks decided to fool me and charged for $200. I tried to get any explanation or money from them, but of course they ignored me and didn’t get any money back. These people are scammers and liars, who promise a lot, but in result you get nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

Do not order it is a scam, no money back, only a $ 400 dollar charge that I will never see my money again.

Absolutely also agree they send an email confirmation when they originally charge you for the trial sizes but then no further indication that they're sending you anything. My address changed and I didn't know I was getting anything further until I realized I'm still being charged for products I'm not receiving. I hope not to have issues going forward. However it appears I will.

Agree, I was duped into the free trial and 100% money back guarantee. At the time of the order there was no mention of future charges or any time limit to return the product. There was no paperwork stating any return requirement with the delivery, and nothing in the Email confirming delivery. I was Shocked to find additional $200 charged to my card weeks after I paid for the shipping. I called and they hung up when I requested a refund. You cannot advertise a free trial on a consumable product and then charge for the product. I would like to join the class action by nahaji133

I, too, was a victim. I bought two products on their trial offer basis. Didn't like them so packaged them up, with a letter of dissatisfaction and cancellation. Today my charge card statement bills me $89.00 ! I am beyond furious as I am still trying to correct a different charge of $90.00 bill from Advanced Dermatology which I cancelled in APRIL ( no products delivered but all of a sudden I find a charge on my bill of $89.00 ). I know, call me stupid for ordering skin treatments again on internet. Terms are in TEENY, TINY print and these give you 14 days to cancel from the time of ordering and they aren't even delivered until days after the "14 day cancel window" thus they bill you and you are enrolled in a monthly delivery program. Just try canceling by Consumer Complaint number? Forget it -- all kinds of hoops you have to go through like proof of purchase, all kinds of dates they want: when ordered? When delivered? When cancelled? When billed? Order number? It's ridiculous and the products were ineffective except for some moisturizing which I can get over the counter and NO hassle there. I called today, because I was charged $180+. The terms state"Please send me a 30 day supply of Vivalux Overnight Face Lift. I will be billed S&P $4.95 today. With the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, I just have to call within 30 days of receipt and then have 2 weeks to return the products to avoid additional charges." According to this sentence, you have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and as long as you call within 30 days, you have 2 weeks to return the products to avoid additional charges. I did receive a 30% refund on the phone today after calling twice. Woop, woop. Don't go there people!

I did some investigation. I went to google earth and typed in the address in Newburg NY. The sign in front of the building is SK Enterprises. On further research, this company is in the tool, druggist, importer business. If you have been ripped off please go to the New York Attorney General's web site. Go down to Nassau county complaint form.
You will not believe the information I found out about the scam. I suggest you type in SK Enterprises and keep digging. This is Ajur skin cream. It appears that they are based out of India. I am at work at the moment and have all this information at home.
ALSO... you can take them to small claims court. In my state I can go after 3 times the amount. Which I intend to do. I am very surprised an attorney has not picked this up to file a class action suit. This is a major scam. Good luck to all and lets SHUT THEM DOWN

I also along with thousands of women have been ripped off by this company. I am in the process of filing a class action lawsuit against them.
