www.m2host.com review: FRAUD AND CHEAT..TOOK MY MONEY AND NO SERVICE 21

I didn't read any reviews before I joined. I paid last week and haven't heard from them since. I've submitted about 10 cancel and refund my money tickets but no reply.

I read somewhere else that they collect your data through emails which really scares me.

I wish I had stayed away from M2Host. LOUSY service, and if you ask for a refund, they'll drag their feet until the "10 day no questions asked" refund period is up. Problem is that their "guarantee" is for thirty days. They cut my service 24 hours BEFORE the bill was due and lost my site several times. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

This is one host you need to stay away from lest you want to have headaches about something going wrong on your site every week.
I just migrated my sites because the service is so horrible you would get sick. Stay away from M2host.

I am using M2Host.com shared hosting for more than one and half years and I am myself surprised that my sites were never down even for a minute. Well my experience with M2host.com is nice still. I have one Linux reseller account with M2host.com from last 3 years and windows shared hosting plan from last year. For reseller account by mistake I paid twice. Before asking to them I got email from billing team about my double payment.
Really impressive hosting service they are providing. I am very happy and proud with my decision.
One of the best feature of their hosting is their quick and humble customer support. server are good, sometimes loaded but that for a while. any one looking for hosting just give try to M2host.com

All the positive replies from name_x "people" are fake. This service is horrible. Every year I paid in advance to renew my domain, and each time they let the domain expire and then spend SEVERAL DAYS to bring it back. Always lying that I must wait just a "few next hours". Do not compensate for downtime, no apologies, no refunds. STAY AWAY from these cheats.

Hey clown why host with a unknown web hosting company. I know it is dirt cheap and you got what you deserve.

m2host is REALLY a fraud. Can't someone stop them? I never felt defeated like this.

june 13 signed up for m2host.com, almost a week my website is not yet live(i can't even upload my website). don't ever dare to GET THEIR SERVICE they are totally ###. They are REALLY ###.

I just signed up for M2host.com, and so far my experience has been outstanding. The response time from the tech people is almost instantaneous, and their solutions are very clearly stated. I look forward to a long relationship!

Yes, They are cheater, we have 2 domain and often is down.
I think they wants give money and wants to customer left without money back.
I think we can complaint to this fraud host company.

I was considering m2host but wanted to see what their customer service was like. I initiated a chat and was able to speak to someone instantly. Even though I wasn't a paying customer yet they walked me through and assured me that I could restore my cpanel backup from my previous host. Once I signed up and paid for the service they were very fast at restoring my backup and helping me with all of my issues. Even once I had a dumb mistake (I left one letter out of my ftp login information) and they were very kind about it. I was so blown away by their service I emailed their service manager to tell them how happy I was with my customer service rep. I'm a very happy customer now!

M2host really seems to know what there doing. They provide their customers all the basics even though their packages are very budget-conscious. Their support staff are always able to locate problems Im having and also able to fix it right away.

I just wanted to send a note on a perfect customer service experience. I called in and had a plethora of questions regarding 2 domain names that Carol helped me with. She was patient and explained things to me a few times without making me feel less than, as most tech-based places can make one feel. She walked me through changing my main domain name, integrating a new one and how/where the file structure was for me to move my site from MobileMe to you guys. She also went through the basics of creating an FTP account while we were on the chat... and how to manage that. I have placed a domain name registration order and paid for the same. By mistake I refresh the payment page 3 times to payment was dedicated from my account for 3 times for a single domain name. But when m2host billing team admit the same they refunded my 2 times payment to account. Who does this? Really a outstanding service!
