NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER DEAL WITH DINODIRECT.COM. they claim to deliver your goods but will never happen and will just give you the run around. i ordered accessories for my iphone more than a month ago and that company hasn't deliver and i doubt if they will. they sound pretty nice on their chat room in their website but you'll just get frustrated coz they'll just give you the usual verbage of "wait 7-14 days for delivery" b.s.

Don't get things from DinoDirect.com, They are unreliable . i've bought a 140cm dolphin plush, after payment it processes around 2 days and they send me mail telling me that the item is out of stock... so in the other words they are selling items that they themselves don't have.

DinoDirect.com is a flat out scam, no different than your every day Nigerian 411. Do not believe any of the hype about this dodgy service.

In the first place, they are promising prices that are unrealistic. Unless their employees are being paid minimum wage there is no way they get away with such prices. Also a quick search reveals they appear to be completely dodgy. Don't do anything with DinoDirect.com

Report them and move on. Its clear they are just a new scam.

Yeah sure...

Your only acting like the good guys AFTER being exposed by so many people - so many times, and your employees are dumb enough to leave FAKE positive feedback, to drown out the legitimate complaints left on this and many other sites...

Your only interested in doing scummy patch up jobs when you can't get out of looking bad, and then it's back to business as usual - bad products, non deliveries, scams with peoples money, no refunds, dragging things out so that customers will go away...

Dinodirect is a SCAM site... Have nothing to do with them.

I have ordered 5 items so far from Dinodirect. All arrived, but 2 came after 4 weeks instead of the promised 2. All is good and working. I had no need to test their customer service it might be as bad as some people described here. I'm willing to put up with a small fraction of loss in future at these incredible prices. Just wanted to balance out the negative opinions here a bit.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. I ordered four items and paid. I later received an email attempting to say, in extremely broken English, that they had run out of stock of one of the items and were sending me a completely different item they had picked as a replacement. I replied and said I didn't want the other item; I wanted the item I had ordered or a refund. A few weeks later a package turned up with three out of the four items I ordered. Ever since I have been sending them emails and trying to decipher the broken English responses. They have not given me a refund, sent the missing item, promised to send the missing item or said anything that even remotely makes sense about the situation. Steer clear of this mob; they are as unprofessional as they come!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a dress about a month ago only to find out afterwards that they had to make the dress? I wasn't satisfied with this so I cancelled the order and now they won't give me a refund! They don't respond to your emails they should be shut down for fraud. ITS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

Received my android tablet and it would not power on, Dino sugguested I send it to local shop for repair, it cannot be fixed, I asked for exchange and they want me to pay 45 dollars to ship it back to China, no way they got me once.. It has been 2 months ripoff company, avoid

Dino Direct are now scamming PayPal.
They keep saying that items are out of stock and please choose another item.
They take about a month to tell you this.
Of course, by the time they repeat this garbage a couple of times, PayPal's 45 day dispute lodgement rule has expired.
Now PayPal won't do anything because the 45 days has elapsed!
Scammed by Dino Direct AND PayPal!

I have to say that DinoDirect is like a damn liar! The items you got from them are probably not the same as the pics on their site, if you want black, they may deliver you green! Let alone the quality, can i say they deliver Chinese garbages to me?
One more thing, if you order something from them, ok, be patient! May be you are gonna have to wait for two to three months before the package arrives! That's my damn experience!

I have ordered a securitycamera about 4 months ago. Directly after recieving some useless [censor] intead (some completely useless camera wich cannot connect to my system), I filed a RMA-request and asked them to sent me the correct one.

Off course they are not going to do that. The only thing they will do is asking you to wait a little longer, everytime you ask.

Do not buy at www.DinoDirect.com, because you will never see your items or your money back!

Dodgy as, poor quality items and absolutely no after sales support. Ridicules delivery times. If you plan to purchase from Dinodirect just search the web for sites like this and see how many unsatisfied customers there are out their. buy from them is gambling with your money.

DINO DIRECT ARE CROOKS: DON'T LET THEM SCAM YOU!

This is already turning out to be the WORST shopping experience I have ever had!
I have PAID FOR MY ORDER IN FULL VIA PAYPAL but when I log into my account on the Dino Direct website, it is marked as “unpaid” & when I tried to email them on their forums, one of their arrogant staff finally replied after I had posted & directly emailed them about a dozen emails!…
My order # is: 542372-DD & finally after a ridiculously long wait this arrogant staff member told me that I had not paid because I had not clicked on their “security checkout” even though I did & I emailed them back a copy of the entire email PayPal sent me including my transaction ID #:6199416246681123P
but they still have not got back to me & my order is still showing up as “order unpaid” despite my numerous emails to them throughout the entire day which have remained unanswered! -I feel that I may have no choice but to open up a PayPal dispute & that will be proof to them that I PAID IN FULL despite their arrogant staff telling me that I haven’t when in fact I HAVE & WILL PROVE IT BY FILING A DISPUTE ON THEM IF NEED BE!…
Please DO NOT believe any positive posts as their employees often pose as consumers (often quite obvious that they are doing this) on their forums as well as other websites reviewing them like this one & I will NEVER place another order with them ever again!…
Also, in the beginning it was possible to speak to someone directly via a live chat option on their website but now it is not an available option & I would say that “it would be easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle” than to communicate or deal with these crooks!:(…
Worst of all they promote special sale event periods to lure unsuspecting consumers into ordering when they clearly show no intention of fulfilling these orders & they will even scam you on one of these sale events at Christmas time while leaving you with no hope of your goods arriving on time or of seeing your money without filing a long PayPal dispute!:( BUYER BEWARE OR ELSE YOU WILL CERTAINLY REGRET IT!

Yeah, I've dealt with these bozos myself. DinoDirect is an incredibly poorly run, slipshod outfit. I can't figure out how much is dishonesty, and how much is pure stupidity & incompetence, but dealing with them is a disaster ! What really kills me, though, is how far they will go in saturating the ratings websites with BS, fake, planted reviews on their own company & products. As if we're that stupid ! It is truly DISGUSTING ! In some cases (check out resellerratings), they somehow managed to skirt the rules prohibiting shilling, and post 10 or 15 faked "excellent" ratings for every real "terrible" one to raise their average. They constantly attempt to "buy off" customers who post negative ratings by any means possible. Wouldn't it be easier to simply run a legit business, and not rip off customers in the first place ? Rather than run around the internet doing damage control all the time ? Sure, their prices are low, but quality is generally atrocious, and NOTHING is ever in stock in my experience. No instructions are ever included. Item descriptions on the website are erroneous, misleading, and/or generally worthless. Will be glad to see this Dino become EXTINCT !

This is a HUGE ripoff. I ordered a stainless steel baby food mill and they sent me a coffee bean grinder. The item was clearly marketed as a baby food mill. There is no way you coul use this item for any type of food.The box that I received the item in clearly has coffee beans all over it. They have given me the complete run around. They told me they would give me a refund if I shipped it back to Shanghai. right! The shippping cost more than the item. They are crooks! Stay away!

Don't be surprised when Dinodirect contact you, to see if you can be bought out, by changing your report on them, by fixing up your order for you.

The problem is that if they were so good - they would not be totally ruining your order for you and lots of other people, because they don't have their act together in the first place;

And they do nothing to stop the scam of ripping people off, feeding them [censor] and giving them the run around...

They do nothing about making what is paid for, and the cash that it was paid for with, match the actual stock levels, and the product being delivered - if at all.

Then they pull conjobs on people by bribing them to remove the bad feedback left for them, AND they also flood the feedback sites with FAKE positive feedback...

Dinodirect is total [censor].

Hello Everyone,

I want to share with my most recent online shopping experience with this company - DinoDirect.com. This is my first complaint on online shopping. I really have a very bad bad experience with this company.

First, I oredered 2 mmon cake mold that I thought would be good for moon cake. So, I ordered it and waitied patiently for it to arrive. It took about 3 weeks to reach me which is find for me because I am not in a rush. End up, what I get is not deep enough to make a proper moon cake and one of the have slight defect on the mold carving if you look close to it.

So, I go to their web site and have a 'Live Chat' with them. I talked to the person for half hour but most of the conversation is waiting time with no answer/ reply form associate. They disconnected from the conversation and then come back and still didn't answer me for a long time with my questions.

End up, I gave up the 'Live Chat' and make a directr call to them at [protected]. I talked to the lady for another half hour. During the half hour, she seem not really understand what I was talking. So I told her I want a RMA and get a refund beacuase the things cannot make a moon cake at all and have slight defect. She told me I have to bear the shipping charges and they will refund me the amount $19.88 (after deduct all the shipping charges).
She asked me go to the web site and request for a RMA number. Lucky I told her please guide me because I am really sick of all this bad customer service. How do you know you will get hold of them or you might need to go through all the explanation again. Am I right?
I followed her instructions and guess what from the web site? THere was no RMA number being found from my account. At that time I am like... Ohh gosh, lucky I didnt't hang up the phone. I also asked several tiems where to ship it and is it in the USA and was asnwered that YES it would be shipping address in the USA.

End up she said she will help me to make a RMA number and send to my email address. Guess what again? The email I recieved is just an email with a RMA number and asked me to to download the label from the email. Guess what again? There is no file attached at all, and according to the email, the return shipping address is as below..

DinoDirect sells poor quality "junk" products. Their website is designed to lure US buyers to buy from them. DinoDirect posts a 30-Day 100% satisfaction rerun policy which they do not honor, just give you the run-around. Buyer Beware -- stay away from DinoDirect.com

Well 7 out of the 9 cables that I paid for did come today... honest.

Only they were not the cables with an "E - SATA" fitting on one end, and a SATA fitting on the other end...

Noooooooooooooooo they were just plain old SATA cables...

This company is [censor].

Dinodirect are the sort of people I'd recommend to a competitor who needed new staff, if I wanted to put that competitor out of business.

The site is a joke:

OK I wanted 9 of the SATA cables they have listed for sale. Paid for them. Nearly 2 weeks after paying for them, I get an email saying, "Part of your order has been shipped today". I sent them back an email raising these issues:

Why wasn't the order shipped within 24 to 48 hours?

What do you mean - "Part of an order?"

"When are the rest of the cables going to be sent?"

"Why do you advertise them as being available and then take the orders for them, when there are insufficient stock to supply the orders?"

"You say your out of stock, and can't supply my order, then why are you continuing to advertise the cables and continuing to take orders for them?"

Following on from that, "Why are they continuing to offer them in whole sale amounts (like 1000+ etc.), when they can't even supply small orders?"

Well they are NOT telling me when they are going to send the rest of the order. They have offered to "give" me a voucher for $10, which is the value of the remaining products that they have failed to supply. Getting into all these backwards and forwards emails with them, has cost me a heap of time, and the cables are worth 20c each by the 1000, and I have paid ~$5 each retail - and do you think they would toss in an extra 5 to make up for the hassles they have caused - NO chance.

I mean I have customers I have to supply systems with, they took the order for 9 cables, I paid for the order of 9 cables, then because of their sloppy or non existant inventory control - where the amount of orders taken has no connection as to what is actually in their warehouses, their superior service has cost me about 10X as much in lost profit and time, as what it would have ot have bought them from an alternative supplier at 2X the price.

And when questioned about their actions, they then spend the rest of the time ducking questions, avoiding accountability for their actions and being cheap skate 2 bit suppliers.

One of the good indicators for "reliable suppliers" is in their policies.

Here are Dino Direct's product review "guidelines" - and these basically are saying - "If you don't paint us up in glowing terms with lots of [censor] kissing - we won't post your review on our service".

And they DO make you "keep it quiet and out of the public spotlight" by "insisting" that you put any HONEST reviews (or criticisms) into an email to their customer service dept.

That is not review, that is concealing and covering up what shonky operators they really are.

So here is Dino Directs Review Posting Guidelines

DinoDirect read all reviews before posting them and may reject some reviews if they don't follow the guidelines. Here are some of the things that can cause a review to be rejected:

I have also noticed that all most all of the reviews about Dino Direct on other sites - are EITHER about bad products and dodgy service, or they appear to be coming from "company shrills" posting reviews about their own employer, who effuse in the most [censor] kissy way, how great Dino Direct really are - in hyper bright glowing terms

In Australia under the trade practices act, it's an offence to offer to supply goods and services, without being able to do so. If they were in Australia - they'd be getting served a notice to appear in court.

If you want reliable suppliers, go elsewhere.

Dinodirect ARE an unreliable, costly and time wasting pain in the [censor].
