I purchased a book on the site. Checkout was kind of peculiar. From what I recall, I wasn't too sure of it, but went ahead & completed purchase anyway. Eventually paid using PayPal. Did receive the product. However, and I'm not certain Wulflund.com is to blame, but within a few weeks my credit card company alerted me to charges in the UK, and Paris for up over $4, 000. I had to shut the card down & the credit card company rejected the fraudulent charges. Some of the things purchased against it were multitudes of tracphones, insurance, and stereo equipment.

When I checked out at Wulfund site, the payment process that showed on screen wasn't PayPal. As I said above, checkout was unusual. Wulflund at the time was a European place I purchased from, shortly before someone in Europe racked up over $4, 000 USD in fraudulent charges on my card. If any naysayers want to split hairs here, of whether purchasing from Wulflund is good or bad, take your own chance. I will not purchase from them again. I do not use credit cards for overseas purchases anymore. Don't nit pick what I say. If you feel so safe patronizing them, more power to you.

I have no idea what happened with my payment, I never went through Paypal, it just confirmed that my order was made without going to the paypal page. I messaged Milan, and I'm waiting on his response. It's possible that it didn't go through at all, but this is just an inconvenient glitch. The shop is beautiful, so are the crafts.

KaCe123 - it seems that you are still enjoying this way of communication. I understand that people have different hobbies, but this is very strange. Order was canceled, money refunded and I would close it. I can only apology that when I was on a two days business trip that I was not able to reply quickly.
?No lack of the word: "approx. or even"? - check my email again from 23.9

"I have to select apporopriate moldavites and make a jewel. So I expect that in 10 days it will be ready. Will you be patient? :)"
I am not sure how do you understand this but the word "expect" means something like approx. ... it can be 8 or 12 days.

I am finishing with this conversation ... I have no problem to say ... sorry, we made a mistake but in this case I am sure that the problem is not on our side

It seems that yopu dont beleive in us and you probably dont deserve to have these jewels.Thats your problem."Your reply after I filed a dispute. Quotes from your emails after I had requested an update from you, you didn't reply, I filed with PayPal and then all of a sudden you have the time to reply and suddenly the jewels are ready. I have the emails showing the break in communication, failure to answer questions, and total lack of the word "approximately" or even "estimate". And thank you for posting a reply and proving my point.

Comment to KaCe123 - this customer bought some pendants for a high value and we immediately started production. It means we had to select appropriate stones and started production. Jewels were ready in 12 days and not in approx. 10 days - it was just estimated time. Customer before previous communication filled a dispute on paypal - we have immediately refunded whole amount ... and I noticed to her that she wasted time - not mine, but time of a jeweller because he made to this order highest priority. And yes ... somebody who is impatient and ask us for a refund when the order is ready will not logically deserve jewels. There is nothing rude or unprofessional on it.

Maybe everybody should ask the question ... what is a professionalism? Should every seller smile to everybody :). should he tell nice words even when his opinion is different ... should be every seller like hotel hop?

We run this business with a pride because customers gave us their confidence .. unfortunately among thousands of customers every year are some examples who wont to destroy a work of the others.

I have already sent to the user: Another Injustice a personal message with explanation because I repeat again and again ... we have NEVER had a possibility of payment by Credit Cards. Only Paypal via their payments gate. See attached files. Yes, we could have possibility of payments by cards, but there is a low customer's protection thats why we have never allowed it.

What you can see on our webpages is just a summary of an order ... there is no payment process. If we were in USA we would protect our company's name legally because somebody tells what is simply not a true and everybody can check it and made a sample order.

The check out procedure is complicated and too drawn out, and the language barrier is just too great. I bought a small fortune in jewellery from Milan Soukup, Krak, from the website. The website lists the stones as "high quality" so I thought I was buying the jewellery in the pictures. Turns out it is a jewellery style and the items had to be made first, something that is NOT mentioned on the website. No problem, I can deal with that as long as the stones are high quality. Milan said it would take 10 days. After 12 days I still had not heard anything so I sent an email requesting an update on the order. 24 hours later no reply so I filed a dispute with Paypal. That got his attention and he was quick to send a flurry of emails saying I was "not cool", that I "didn't deserve the jewels", that I had "wasted their time" etc. I sent an email explaining my actions, and he resorted to further bullying, concluding with he has to have the last word. The owner comes across as unprofessional. Attacking the customer, even when angry or frustrated, is not a professional way to run a business. I would not recommend them.

Milan Soukup - CEO of Wulflund. This is a very dirty game probably from a side of some competitors. I repeat again and again .. we DO NOT accept Credit Cards - only Paypal that is the most safe way for our customers. See attached files. Customer is redirected to Paypal's payment gate. I am sorry guys but it is better check payment process than blame somebody.

I bought a knife at the Wulflund.com paying by Paypal. The product arrived quickly. Personally I declare myself extremely satisfied with the quality of the product.

My name is Milan Soukup, I am an owner or Wulflund.com and I absolutely disagree with this article. We don't collect any data from credit cards, because we worry about abuse, thats why we are very careful. So all payments are processed via Paypal (customers are protected), all data you put on an official Paypal's site.

We have always shipped goods for which we received payment. So Ellen you don't tell truth. There some cases that package was returned because of wrong address (package is shipped again) or package can be lost (minimal procentual possibility), thats why all packages are insured and we are responsible for the delivery. If you haven't received any order, tell me its number, date and I will find tracking. It is very easy to write such words like you Ellen ... we do our business almost years and one of our main goals is to persuade customers that they should beleive in Czech craftsmen and shops. So I am waiting for your details to check what happened with your order.

We had the same problem with this shop. First we paid for our order, but we never recieved our products.
