Complete Savings / Complete Save scam

I bought some items on line from simplybe before xmas and have had £15 taken from my account by complete savings. Be very careful clicking on this offer as it did not mention a membership fee at first. I was stupid as I didn't read the email sent correctly. I've phoned complete savings and they have said they will cancel my membership and refund the £15 but I don't hold out much hope. I'm contacting my bank to hopefully stop any more money being taken. Be careful as this scam caught me out and always read small print

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised withdrawal from credit card

I have today informed both my card company American Express as well as www.completesavings.co.uk of my indignation that hey have, without authority, been taking £15 each month from my account without my knowledge. I am usually very good as spotting charges that are not familiar but I missed this one and now stand to have given them £105 which I intend to get back.

They are clearly a total rogue company and every attempt will be made to ensure that this is known to a wider audience. I have not called them - a freephone of [protected] is given but will do so. I will also, if necessary pursue this through the small claims court.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised credit card charges

I have just realised that 9 unauthorised payments of £15.00 have been made on my barclaycard to why*completesave.Co. Uk. I accept that I should have looked into this before now but my statement arrives I do glance through and check but obviously not closely enough until today. I looked up completesave.Co. Uk on the website to see that so many people have been conned by them. When I telephoned the number on the website I was told to quote my membership number (i have never had one as I have not signed up to this) , when I explained my complete annoyance to the lady operator she said that I must have agreed to this when using ticket master or train line when using the internet explaining that is to do with online discounts. I am completely flabbergasted that this can happen and this so called company, completesave can get away with exploiting people in such a fraudulent way. I have spoken to barclaycard, I now have the inconvenience of my current card being deactivated and having to wait for a new one. I feel that what has happened to me is complete misuse of the internet, I have gone online to purchase something in good faith and this is the result, I feel quite sickened as I am sure vulnerable people out there would not know how to deal with this situation which is what I suspect these despicable companies are about.

Complete Savings / Complete Save taking £15 per month from my bank account

This company has taken £15 per month from my bank account without my permission. I am disappointed with my Barclays Bank for sanctioning and paying this amount without any contact or permission from me. I would wish for the refund of £75 to be made either from Completesave or Barclays who should be more aware of this devious behaviour.
First noticed on the the ninth of January and going back to August 2016

The head of the company is called Guy Chiswick and you can look up the other 3 names on their website. Their offices, of you wish to talk to these people in person to ask for your money back are at 2 Harewood Place, London W1S 1BX. Telephone is +[protected]. That's where the decision makers are. Their call centers are at Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth Hampshire PO3 5RF and at 23 Route de crassier, 1263 Eysins. Their phone number is +[protected]. Next time you are between Geneva and Lausanne look them up, I am sure they will be happy to answer you why they took your money without your knowledge or consent.

Complete Savings / Complete Save fraud!

I too fell victim to this criminal scam. Thankfully they have only lifted 30 pounds from my card before I realized. At no point was I informed, let alone did I consent to their withdrawals. I have cancelled my credit card and launched a fraud investigation. My insurance will reimburse me. Check your statements carefully, look for wly*completesave.Co. Uk [protected] as well as for wly*mytimerewardswl. Uk [protected]. Block your card immediately and make a fraud complaint. There is not much else you can do. Eventually they will be convicted and personally bankrupted. I take some comfort from the fact that there is karma, and these criminals and everyone working for them will suffer personally in their lives in some way for what they have done.

On the 2 August 2016 £15 was taken from my bank account also the same amount on the 2 September 2016 and 3 October 2016 and 2 November 2016 and 2 December 2016 and 3 January 2016 This cash was taken from my bank account without my permission. Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized charging my swedish visa card june - november 2016.

They has been charging my Visa Card which is now blocked, Between June and November 2016.
I am enclosing November statement from Nordea a Swedish bank. This has been going for six months amount was not large so I did not notice, I do not use that card that much any more now .
I enclose a copy of November statement from Nordea bank in Stockholm.
I have reported that to Swedish police and Nordea and the bank issued new card.

Complete Savings / Complete Save false advertising and misleading product offered

I have been fooled into thinking that I was going to receive £15 cash back from my online Argos purchase by signing up for a Complete Savings membership. Instead, I have been charged £15 from my account without actually realising who it was that was charging me.

At no point did I see anything in any of there text on sign up that I would be charged £15 per month. It is a very sneaky way of collecting up masses of direct debits to swindle money out of honest people without them even realising what is happening.

I'm very disappointed in a huge company like Argos for allowing them to be even remotely linked to the payment stage/process.

I have asked for my money back from the company, but have yet to receive an email or telephone call back to let me know what is happening.

Complete Savings / Complete Save this company steal my money!!!

I have found the unauthorised payments for WLY Completesavings on my bank card record, since May, but I did not register any membership of this company. Every month, it steal me £15!
According to the Google search I found that this company or website has done the same tricks hundreds of thousand times!
I want to close my bank account, but I cannot due to the payment! I really do not want to to pay for any money to this company!
Please help me!

09 nov 2016 int'l [protected] wly*mytimerewardsw [protected] gbp10.

Please help to chase back the money as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm sorry to hear that so many people have been scammed by completesave.co.uk
Exactly the same happened t0 me. Payments were taken from my business account without my authorization by well-known website I used to buy a train ticket.
The amount was only £15 each month. I advised my bank that these payments were never authorized by me and stopped it straight away.
I hope that the government will do some things about such companies.

Facing the same thing - rarely use my business account for extraordinary items and so do not check every month . Checking now and find 3 months payments of £15 deducted at the beginning of each month. About to request info from company on which website and date info supposedly entered. Bank notified and awaiting resolution.

Hi I would like to know how you got my bank details and be taking £15 a month out of my account. I've not signed up to anything of the name complete save. So would like to refund in full other wise I'm going to a solicitor and will get you done for fraud

Complete Savings / Complete Save they have taken money out of my bank account without authorisation

On 6.10.16 a transaction appeared on my bank statement. The transaction was WLY complete save co uk withdrew $25.95 Australian dollars 15 GBP including overseas tax of 0.76 AUD. The rest of the text stated direct marketing continuity subscription merchant.
This is an unauthorised transaction, I have never signed up to anything with them. I do not know how they got my bank details. I would like this money refunded, and my bank details cleared from this company's system.
I have lodged this issue with my bank also.

My experience with complete save was that of many others on here. It's tantamount to fraudulent, unethical business practice. I bought a dress from simply be who are happy to use complete save as a third party 'orgnaisation. I have discovered that complete save have been withdrawing monies out of my account without my authorisation for 7 months at £15 per month via my visa card, not a direct debit. I filled in a review about the dress I purchased but certainly did not give out my details despite simply be and from what I read here complete save telling me you have to sign up. Pressing a button to save 10 percent off your next purchase is not you as a customer agreeing for a company to withdraw monies. I have found a few emails in my spam folder cleverly disguised like adverts. No trial period, no confirmation emails or letters with details about what I had signed up to either. I have complained to simply be who took note but I doubt will do anything about complete save as they informed me that they are happy to use them and slyly implied really that it was my fault all along. How can a company like complete save be allowed to scam people in this way and why are reputable companies using them? Preying on vulnerable, not internet savvy customers! I have stopped all future payments via my bank and will demand a refund from the company. It's amazing how they are allowed to get away with it. Be very aware and stay safe from the barely legal complete save who will take your money without a mandate, raise the amount and hide emails from you. Even dick turpin wore a mask! I'm reporting them to trading standards too. Beware!

for over a year now this company have been taking £15 a month from my account withount my permission, i used my debit card to buy train tickets from a company called train.com after i purchased the tickets i was asked if i would like to claim £10 off my next train ride and i i use the train often i clicked yes. after filling out my email and other details but NOT my bank detail i clicked off the page, i never did get my £10 off my next train ride. i then find out just recently that £15 a month has been coming out of my bank account, now when i ring up to complaine and ask for a refund im told oh yes you can have 3 months back. now thats all very good and well but that still does not help the fact that i am still out of pocket. i am a disabled single parent so every penny matters to me i would like all of my money that has been taken from my account without my permisson paid back to myself in full.

On 28th of this month (sept 2016) I had £15 taken from my account without any authorisation and no contact from these fraudsters. I have put a claim in to my bank who will now investigate. I do not know how they have managed to get hold of my bank details as I have not agreed anything with them. I also have not had any communication from this company, just money stolen from my account. I am sick of these people praying on innocent folk through a variety of scams.In this case due to an offer on facebook. These people need to be imprisoned with long sentences to give a message that this will not be tolerated.

This has happened to so many people, yet nothing is being done by the authoisties to stop it.

In my own case it took details based on a payment I was making to another company. It had nothing at all to do with any other company, and as with many 'victims' it's all very carefully setup so you don't catch on to what's being done. It goes without saying that if something did make it clear that money was to be taken from a bank account later/automatically, then 95% of consumers would have simply shut down th browser window and forgotten about the whole thing.. Fraud by sneaky means, is still just fraud - in my own case it was assumed that bank account details where being entered only to pay for a service for a different company, but instead those details were actually being taken by this dodgy system, which carries on taking money without 'any' form of standard direct debit or standing order setup - which in itself just indicates 100% dodgy behaviour. It can't even be cancelled, they can take any amount out as they please.

The indication in the previous message (for legal reasons) tries to show deep concern that something bad has happened and an eagerness to resolve the problem by asking to be contacted - but as we all know, somebody leaving just there 1st name and no actual direct contact details even after explicitly asking that you contact them, well the whole response message is just infuriating in it's stupidity.

Yes it's all true that emails contain all contact details etc., but for 99% of people it gets lost amongest all of the other junk mail, and the originators of this scam all know it only too well...lets not play games eh?

I'm out on Monday to sort out this nonsense/theft and will enjoy chatting with my friends at the trading standards office and the fraud department.

I have had £15.00 deducted from my account for a number of months now, and been unable to get in contact with anyone from this company by either email or phone. I have had to cancel the payment through my bank. I was unaware I had even signed up with this company I have had no correspondents from them by either letter, or email. I believe I had signed up by error though booking .com and would not have done so if I known.
