Wish.com all products shipped

I have ordered several items from Wish.com hoping i would get them by Christmas in which i have received several items and they were not what i ordered except for the antique lighting. WISH has charged me 486.60 from 11-4-16 to 11-28-16 with two charges the same and on same day which was on 11-21-16 for the amount of 49.85 twice charged Please return all my money except for the lighting please it's funny that a $1.00 item turns into 137.75, 32.70, 17.10, 27.90, 10.20, 49.85, 49.85, 17.10, 58.90 and 85.25. Please resolve this ASAP and do not send any others that were placed.

Wish.com many products

They have charged me for items I have not received so I contested part of the amount they charged me. I somehow got thru to them answering their question of my identity. They now told me if I would lift the amount in hold I could get back into my account.
i just want to be rid of them &I when I get the crap I will pay. Del. Dates changing/can't track. Can't get into answer questions. Please help.

Wish.com ordering problem

I have ordered from Wish in the past without a problem. I placed an order 12/1 in the AM and the order went through. Later in the PM, I placed another order from them & I get this message box saying there was fraud detection & they are refunding my order. I went on my Wish account today 12/5, and there was an item ordered that I did not order. I have tried to contact them, and you CAN'T! They ask for a photo ID and a photo of the credit card you used in the transaction. WT...

Wish.com extra charges

I noticed on my purchases that when you sell something you say it is for $1.00 then you apply a discount if you hurry up and buy something within a few seconds which I have done. After doing so, the price is doubled due to shipping and handling, which I can understand. After reviewing my checking account on the two times I have been on your site, you have charged me an additional $17.38 and $15.58. I did not buy anything for that much money from you due to the fact that I knew I did not have that much money in my checking account. So in saying that, on both of those occasions, there were overdraft fees placed on my account. I can afford to buy a few small things from you with the price doubling to cover the shipping and handling but where are these other fees coming from? What are they for? I would like to have my money back on these two. If you do not give me my money back, not that it matters to you, I will no longer buy from your company and I will place a notice on Facebook about my incident with your company.

Wish.com - wish wants me to send in bank statements, photo i. ds and other personal information

I refuse to send wish in anything of my personal information . It's risky and I've already had many issues of ordering and not recieved my items. Everything was fine and all of. Sudden tonight they want personal information from me . Absolutely not so now it won't let me do no activity on there unless I send in this personal confidential information that my bank refuse to let me even release.

Wish.com a flute sent to me!

I ordered many things from you!I did not order a flute!it cost $78.00 this is crazy, ive been trying to get this back to me I've sent pictures and notes old put my money back in my acct.l be tried getting yous on my phone but it wouldn't let me in .I got this address from the app on complaints.plapls help me I'm trying so hard to get my money back so thank you so so much.ellie.

Got package called accessories jp9575as101_6 from xuyan no.1208 baise road .wish. storehouse xuh district Shanghai, China 200237. Phone [protected] Package was sealed and not damaged but opened with a ball of paper. I am requesting either a refund ASAP or overnight shipment of this product at no cost to me. Wish.com wish stealing money

I sold an item to a buyer worth of $250 USD
shipped in DHL so later they wont say they have not received it.

after receiving the item, buyer contacted WISH and uploaded a proof of something he did not received from me,
they have fully refunded him and took my money.

i asked from wish to provide additional evidence, to prove the the item he took picture of came from me, but nothing

there is no one to talked to in wish.

Wish.com order disappeared/no customer service to help

Made an order 11/22/16. Went to check back on it and nothing is there. Completely blank. No orders found! However the money has been withdrawn from my account for full amount! I can't make in inquiry because I don't have an order. I called and it refers you back to online. Sent a message via app and via email with nothing more than an automated response! First time ordering and I feel like I am being scammed! I just want a refund at this point.

If enough people report their horror story to the FBI internet crime unit, something can be done. I had them order items from my account and then deliver items to heaven knows where. They cannot even track them.

Order on 4-5-17, 2 items, money taken from paypal account but no order shows on their website. Will continue to try and call, then go to paypal and have them look at situation

Almost same experience, but the product made it to Jacksonville on 11/27/2016 and then it disappeared. Sounds like just a big scam, never Wish again!

The exact thing happened to me on 11/25/16. They never sent me an email confirming my order and yet they took $16 out of my account. It isn't a lot of it is still $16. There is no number to actually talk to someone and I have tried contacting them in so many different ways. I would like my money back ASAP.

Absolutely the worst. $16 isn't a lot but it's still your hard earned matter and it doesn't matter if it was $2. Just want to know where our stuff is or refund to come back!

Wish.com I am not able to see my orders or any notifications with my app i

I can still shop love it but i cant see my orders or if i have to change sothing or rate i cant it does not allow me to i try and it comes out blanck its been a week and nothing i would like to fix it because i orders a pair of shoes for husband and i ordered half a size bigger please fix it i love your app but what i love more is that i have control and right now i dont have any control just the shopping please help me

Wish.com sneakers

I had order some sneakers in the middle of October. I was told that they should be deliver no later then November 6 but when November 6 got here they sent me a message saying that it should be here by the 14th, when the 14th got here, they text me asking did I get my order because they system is down, which I did not received. So they told me that they will refund me back my money and if the sneakers come I can keep them. This really pissed me off because I really wanted those sneakers and I along with family members and friends was waiting for the sneakers so that they can order a pair. I will never order from this site again...PS Im still waiting and I want my sneaker

Wish.com shipping changed

I bought a necklace on wish.com and the shipping date said between December 10-20 and when I went to check my purchase, it said it will arrive on January 10th, 2017. The seller changed it and it is making me wanting to use other sites. I realized this today November 29, 2016 and I want it to get here sooner than December 25th, if not I want a refund because I am not gonna want 1-2 months for a necklace.

Wish.com deducting money to my paypal account

hi good day! I purchased on your online shop www.wish.com, . after checkout my order im expecting to recieved a trucking number or any transaction deatails regarding for what i purchased.., But they already deduct the money on my paypal account, . No order history on my wish account, no update regarding on my order. And im trying to communicate but i didnt recieved any reply. I hope this issue will solve as soon as posible. this is the invoice id 5833095d086e8645065590fd and the transaction id 71U23661AB7560826 from my paypal account. and if this transaction is not successful i want to cancel it and refund the money which they deduct to my paypal account.

Wish.com double charging me

I purchased an order from Wish for $115.20. Wish denied my debit card. I went back online and placed another order for the merchandise. It had passed the eight hour mark to cancel my order. I didn't see any reason not to do this since the first transaction was null. Right? A couple of days latter I saw that the original $115.20 had been charged to my account. I contacted Wish and the representative said that of course they would refund my money. He asked if I would go in and indicate this on each item. This took all day, because the site wouldn't let me send. Eventually I sent them. I received 30 messages back. Each one a different representative, but all saying the same thing. They had researched this transaction and found no problem. I assume this because the items were in transit. Duplicates of my items! PayPal was amazing and they immediately went to work to refund my money. The money was put back in my account. I sent an email to Wish telling them I would be glad to send the merchandise back, but I wouldn't pay for return shipping as this issue was caused by them. I am subsequently blocked until I decide to pay for the merchandise that was sent to me!

Wish.com I ordered two pokemon necklaces and then a 3rd one and paid for them but when I tried to buy something else it wouldn't let me at 3 minutes till 12.

I ordered a few things and paid for them and then they want me to contact the fraud dept. How do you even do that? I wanted to buy more things but I wont now because of some fraud going on but not on my part. It was 11/28/2016 right before 12 so I couldn't get any more cyber Monday deals. I would really like the items I purchased so I can give them for Christmas presents. I don't know why they decide to let me buy a few things and then cut me off at 3 minutes before 12 . My card is good, I don't know why it said that. It still says I have those 3 items that I purchased. I don't have any documents or photos. All I have is the bank card I used to purchase those 3 items. I don't know my client number, have been a wish customer for about a year. Help!

Wish.com never received my order

I purchase three different color jeans off wish green, black, white I never received my items ! So I was letting them know just give me a refund because it been 2 months I put this order in and I'm still without my items I purchase. Customer service said well I'm sorry about that and contact us in a few days if you haven't receive it we will refund and I haven't seen a refund. But not even that why they couldn't deliver my items back out to my apartment. I kept contacting customer service and they completely stop contacting me back because they kept saying well sometimes it can say deliver but it haven't been delivered. There's just no point of me going back and forth to the ups store they keep telling me my items are there.

I haven't received my products. 2 of the color changing gel bail polish is getting refund but not apon my request. Wish.com item never received online order

I ordered my items which now can't be found and wish is no help in locating them I have made numerous attempts in locating the item it says it arrived at the postal service provider but the mailan says there is only a ticket there but no items I've paid 78.00 and no item I have sent email upon email trying to find the items I ordered
No one ever contacts me
I ordered them on wish.com
I don't know what to do to find my items or get a refund .this is just so aggravating .

Wish.com missing orders

Hello.

Lately my order never arrive. This makes my verry sad since I order many things from you. If you look at my account you will se that a lott of orders goes missing. Even if i get my money back its still extreamly irritating. Is there any thing you can do to fix this problem? For examle I ordered a var stereo that never came that I realy was looking forward to reciving. And now the price is much higher then wen I ordered. Please contact the sellers and tell them to allways send with tracking Numbers that I can track the order and talk to my postoffice if the ordered goes missing
