Be very careful of ordering from their online store, cartridges can
be stale and only last a few short draws before they are "out".
Several past orders were stale as well. Finally fed up enough to get my money back.
They also do not respond to their "contact us" link on their website and claim no attempt was made to resolve.
Currently disputing the last order with credit card company.
Pick a different brand/company if you use e-cigarettes.
At the very least, buy these from a busy location, not from online as
obviously some of the cartridges must have been on hand for quite a
while, especially since they are made in China.
i contacted westside vapor in my town and was given a quick response to the problem with the stale cartridges. the reason (which was obvious to me) was in the new cheap protective wrap they changed to. it seems to be drying them out. i have never ordered them online but picked them up locally and had the same problem. westside here in ohio has offered to send me a free pack with the original packaging, for that i am grateful but i would much rather here that westside will go back to the original plastic so i know i am getting what i pay for.
