This is the first scam that I have gotten caught up in. Do NOT count on reading the Terms and Conditions and trusting them. I signed up for the TRIAL and read the T&C carefully before agreeing. I signed up on Jan 10th after reading the terms to be a 14 day trial. It is now Jan 18th and have not recieved any product. I called [protected] to go ahead and cancell so I would be within cancellation period and was told I had already been charged $126.42 for a MEMBERSHIP. I still do not know what that means. I was also told there is no refund, imagine that. They could not help and I was given [protected]. I spoke to another person that told me the terms were different on their site. I printed off the Terms and Conditions when I enrolled and even read them to the representative. I was then told the terms can change at any time by the Company. I have just called the Number Jeremy McClusky gives and I was hung up on the first time. Called back again and got another representative and all they will do is read you what they have in front of them. Now I am told I had a 5 day cancellation period. I am posting this on ever complaint forum I can find until my money is refunded as I never agreed to what I have been charged. If anyone knows how to initiate a class action law suit I will gladly participate and give all evidence I have to help attorney.
I also ordered from Everbright at the same time as this order. This product I recieved as promised but was too harsh for me. I called to cancel and I immediatly recieved a RMA number for my return as promised and membership was cancelled. Good job Everbrite...Thank you for keeping your promises and standing by your product.

I too carefully read the terms agreement before requesting the "free" trial of vibrant Smiles, referencing the "14 day trial".
I placed my order on Jan 8th, the trial was shipped on the 1oth & my account was charged on Jan 13th.
When I called to cancel my membership, on Jan 20th, I was told that their policy had changed to a 3 day trial before charging your account. I was also told that the policy had changed on Jan 6th, two days before my order was placed, even though their site still said "14 days". As of Jan 20th, their site still says "14 days".
How many people need to be taken advantage of to file a class action?
I also got scammed. I ordered a "free trial" on January 9th and was charged $126.42 on January 14th. I read the terms and conditions and it said I had 14 days to cancel my membership. I called to cancel my "membership" once I googled the company and saw all the scams. They refused to refund my money and I still have not received my "free trial kit." I'm currently having the charge disputed though my bank. On January 18th I had an unauthorized purchase with Paypal too. They concluded it was a third party charge and luckily issued a credit to my account. I wonder how many more charges will appear for my "free trial?"
some company took £75.22 twice from my account came up as smilekit and nuskin never heard of them the bank said its a sister company of another site thats passed my details on there's nothing they can do but cancel my card and for me to go on the net and cancel subscription to whom i dont know. e brown
I am having the same issue. Given a chance to try the product and have not recieved the product and was Immediately charged the shipping (No Problem with that) however there was the 126 dollar charge. Called to cancle, the rep there told me I still get billed the 126 and I have found no additional service to support the charge they made. there was an Address for
11 Stormont Street, North Shields. Tyne & Wear NE29 0EY, UK
we will be sending a letter there it is the only management contact they will allow, I requested to speak to management at [protected] and they refused and added that wont change anything.
Definately a credit card Fraud if you read the terms it states you wont be billed for 30 days.
I had another rep siad they would send me the terms and the link they sent was broken and had no fuctional return email.
I signed up on Jan 15th after reading the terms to be a 14 day trial. It is now Jan 25th and I have just received the product. After trying the product last night, I decided not to purchase the full membership due to the fact that it made my gums raw. I called [protected] to go ahead and cancel so I would be within cancellation period and was told I had already been charged $126.42 for a MEMBERSHIP on Jan. 18th. I explained that I didn’t receive the product until yesterday, and did not care for the product. They explained that my charge to my credit card was for the membership access to two websites, and that I didn’t have to purchase any more product if it made my gums sore. They also told me that had I wanted to cancel the membership, that I had three days to do so after the date I ordered on Jan. 15th. I explained that I didn’t want the membership. I was also told there is no refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they wouldn’t direct me to anyone. I was then told the terms can change at any time by the Company.
Their advertising is misleading to the consumer. It suggests that you are given a free trial. Which by definition means that you get to try the product first. I was not given that choice, as my product didn’t arrive until yesterday, Jan. 24th.

I too ordered the product and I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I am very angry. I emailed help me hank and will blog if he answers. Meanwhile I am telling everyone that was thinking of ordering this product not to. It doesn't even whitten your teeth if you can stand the harshness from the chemicals. I think it will burn your gums. It is awful.
My friend works for Nu Skin and told me that people from all over the world has been calling them about this the last few weeks. They are devastated that their name is being used, they have nothing to do with this at all, and they can't help anyone get their money back. For anyone who has a charge like that, call your bank ASAP, cancel the credit card and request a charge back.
I have the same problem too and too late to find that it is a fraud. Last time I called the Vibrant Smile. They said my product was in the Baffolo. Today they even did not have my record. I went to HSBC today to cancel the card, but I still lost around $200. Can I report this to the police office? Does anyone did that? Does it work?
In the same boat here. It's a scam and I just notice that they now use different name (Alice/Christine/Cynthia/Lavern/...) to post to scamfound.com (as it has a feed from complaintsboard.com), bs about what customer service is their top 1 priority. I had responded to all this reply on scamfound.
I urge everyone if you see they post this again on any other board, post a direct reply as soon as you can to counter it.
I have also been scammed! I signed up free samples of 'e-cigarettes' and paid for post and packaging only, or so I thought. They never arrived. Checked my visa bill and found that 'smilekit' had taken 88euro from my account. I was told by Visa that unless I wrote to them stating I wanted to cancel the 'subscription' they would continue to take 88euro from my account. They also said that 'smilekit' is a well known scam and large numbers of people have been scammed over the past few months. What I would like to know is, if this scam is so well known by Visa, why are they allowing this 'company' to continue steal money from people's accounts? It's theft! Aib (Irish bank) has a 'Fraudelent warning' on their online banking site. ..but do they not have a responsibility to name specifically the fraudulent sites which are stealing from people? It would seem like common sense to me. Anyone agree?
Hi I got caught up in this scam also and this is the first and last time. I got charged twice on my card fro $125.00 and I have not even received the product. I had e-miled them prior to this and asked where is my product I never got it, I was advised then they could not even find me in the system so I quickly cancelled my order.
I called my Visa card company and I have to wait until March 2, 2010 if have not received this product then they will send my payment back.
In the meantime I was given a number [protected] to call I got a operator and advised that I have not received the product and I never received the product in the first place so the Fraud/Complaints department will be sending my payment back after March 2, 2010. The clerk told me that they will be e-mailing me in three business days on how I can proceed because I have not or never received the product in the first place. WILL SEE I have copies of my e-mail that I wll be forwarding back to them plus sending to my visa card company.
