I was reviewing my monthly bank statement and saw a $39.99 charge from CIC triple advantage with a telephone number 18774816825. I called the number spoke with a man named "Rex" he said it was a charge from Freecreditreport.com's experian. It has been months since I have accessed that website and I have never before now been charged for anything related to this website. I believe it is an unauthorized charge and would appreciate my account be canceled and my checking account be credited the above amount. I don't recall ever requesting the experian service mainly due to the charge and believe a "Free" website should be just that and not charge when a person has not even visited the website in months.
