Unauthorized account charges!
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 3 votes
No one authorized this company to take 12.00 a month out of my account.when you try to call them about the problem you get a recording that says call back during business hours which no one answers no matter what time of day it is. This company is a rip off . They advertise something for free then they charge you for it without your permission. They should took of computers.

I just went into my account to see about a transaction, and saw where CIC made a unauthorized withdrawl from my account for 29.90
I got right on the phone and called them, and with the help of my card holder and my room mate, they are reimbursing the full amount and I will be checking my account more closely, as well as making sure it is put back on my card.. Other wise, I will be calling the BBB and my attorney General.. So people, if you want a free credit report, you are gonna have to go another route. A safer and more secure route, because this Company CIC Triple Advantage are nothing but fakes and phonies and should be jailed!.. BASTARDS!!
