Unauthorized $12.95 monthly charge

I am being charged $12.95 each month for a service that I do not believe I ever authorized or had any communication with the company called CIC Triple Advantage. What do I do to stop this monthly charge?

Call your credit card company and let them know this is a service you don't want, and they will go after the culprit and get all your money back, they did this to me also!
Mastercard was great, and I got every 12.95 back except one.
If you can't do that, go to your credit card site and lodge a complaint, there is a form on there to do this.
