I signed up for their product knowing that I would have 5.95 deducted out of my account. Since then, they have taken 84.79 out of my account every month without warning, and I have not received any product worth 84.79! I tried calling the number on my bank statement, but got a busy signal, followed with no tone at all. Then I called the number in my emails, with the same result. I'm pissed! Can anything be done? I can't cancel, because there's no way to get in touch with anyone. What should I do?

| I am having the same problem. I tried everything. I am beyond frustrated! |
|
|
| I am having the same problem not getting thru on the phone number in order to cancel after the free trial. So I have going to send a certified mail letter to them stating the days and times that I tried to call and that I want to cancel. I did also however, cancel the credit card number that I used to originally pay for it. I have learned a lesson from this - do no ever purchase any free trial offers. Hope this helps you. |

| I have tried to call that phone number just minutes after ordering and it is not a working number. It hangs up on me. Then, I began to become suspicious so I searched the company on google and found several "rip off reports" listed. Other parties were charged and they could not get anyone to cancel them. I had to cancel my credit card in order to avoid their fraud scamming. |

| I went through the same thing good thing i am internet savvy I checked out the number and it said it was a scam so i immediately called the bank canceled the card and had them place an investigation so that i can get my money back. Also, they take a real long time to ship the product which should exceed the 15 day trial period so they can charge your account. The only advice i can give you is to place a complaint, cancel your bank card and get an investigation going on your bank to retrieve your money from this vendor. |

I have finally been able to get to a "life" chat to cancel my order for this scam at http://www.ebizprogram.com/cpage.aspx?name=contactus
I tried the phone # provided on my order confirmation but like everyone else couldn't get through. So I went directly to their site. I tried late yesterday for about 2 hours and couldn't get through, I finally did this morning. This may help those who haven't been scammed yet and also may lead others to find out about getting back with them to get some results. I wish all of you luck, and thanks for the warning, as I got this done before my order arrived and/or billed and within the 15 days. |

I received mine on Day 14. I, like everyone else, tried calling to find out the number doesn't work at all. I tried the parent company (ebizprogram.com) and go figure, the only way to contact them is through Live chat (which doesn't work) or by phone (the number that doesn't work). I've filed a complaint with our local TV station to see if they can put a stop to this. I'm within my 15 day trial, have been trying all day to get hold of them without success and am fearful this will continue to be an ongoing battle. A pure nightmare and lessoned learned. I hope this helps others to learn NOT to give this company credit card information.
Does anyone know where we can legally file a complaint? Something like a Better Business Bureau or something of that nature? |

| I, too, had all of the same problems! However, one of the numbers I called, a man answered and told me to contact the FBI and I was a victim of fraud...he said he was in Canada and has had that number for years, and is suddenly being flooded with phone calls from people, just like us, who want to cancel...I went to the FBI website and filed a claim. |

| yes, i too had the same problem, not being able to reach these "thugish" crooks!!! just wanted to know more about the product, & stummbled up on this website with all the negative comments. thankfully, i found out before they were able to draft out my account, went to the bank & closed that credit card in a hurry!! these crooks need to be found, & arrested!!! |

| Hats off to Debbie H. Thank you so much. I also got sucked into this but after I ordered I tried to cancel my free trial. Of course the telephone number I was supplied did not work and was always busy. I got a little concerned and I called my credit card company. They told me that I could cancel my credit card. I was not happy about that as I had it for a long time. Today I got confirmation my order had shipped. I called my credit card company again and they said we would address the issue once I got charged the $84.00. Well I was not willing to wait that long as I had 15 days from the shipping date to cancel. Thank goodness I found this site and read the comments of others. I used the e-mail address Debbie had supplied for the live chat and I finally go a hold of someone and my ordered was cancelled. I was able to print my chat with the company in case I was charge for anything more than the $5.95 for backup for my credit card company if need be. I was also assured that I would receive a confirmation on my cancellation by e-mail. Hopefully this is the end if it. I definitely am happy for the e-mail address and hope the rest of you have the same results as I did. Thanks alot Debbie your information was extremely helpful for me. Good luck!!! |

| get fucking lifes. read terms and conditons before placing orders. get really you lazy asses, the phones work. your just lazy and think everythings free. you have the 15days. stop bitchin. |

| I am in same boat as you Kristen, but I did file with BBB in Florida so hopefully it will be looked at and resolved. I've even done a reverse look up for phone numbers, none work. And reading terms and conditions do nothing Miep. This is just sad business practice and should be treated as such. Any rational thinking person would do the same, so stow it with the negative remarks, thank you |

I ordered Total Cleanse along with Acai Berry Maxx online Nov 2. Didnt get order til Nov 14 and according to the small print, I had til Nov 17 to cancel my orders. In my opinoin product testing shouldnt be based on date ordered but on date received, so I proceeded to cancel my order with both companies...Acai Berry completed my cancellation with favorible results (I might re-order).
TOTAL CLEANSE on the other hand was and is still difficult to cancel. I have tried the phone number (1-866-320-0038) given me at time of ordering also located on the order page as well as in ToS, I have also read all the fine print (ie terms, condictions etc) In order for me to return the product and cancel my order I need a RMA (return will not be accepted w/o), which is given when you call in to cancel your order. YET when you call the number given, you recieve a hang up, no dial tone, NOTHING (Miep, evidence speaks for itself).
In efforts to cancel and stop the charges, I found this site (TY) and tried Debbie Hitt link:
http://www.ebizprogram.com/cpage.aspx?name=contactus
I sent a message, no reply yet, still waiting.
In efforts to continue to resolve my cancellation, I found a number with the same address as the return address in Florida...
Llc GIC (Shipping Dept.)
134 NW 16th St. (Suite 1)
Boca Raton, FL 33432
(561) 392-6006
I am west coast and will try the local phone number and see where that leads me tomorrow. Wish me luck as I wish all of you.
Side Note: I too am writing Oprah and anyone else who has supported TOTAL CLEANSE to let them know the inconvenience and apparent fraudulence occuring. I didnt buy the product because of her endorsement however, Im sure she will not be happy to know that a company is making her seem less credible.
I also encourage all who fell victim to this company to please do your part in making sure this company either corrects the issues or is completely exposed so others dont need to endure the hardship we have. Thank you for reading and taking action. |

|
| BTW...check the google ads at the top of this site. I see fraudulant companies still being advertised...VERY INTERESTING! |
|
|
| They ripped me off and I am ticked!!! How can they get away with this for so long? How can the government let these scams continue? I have contacted credit card company and they are looking into this. If u read all of thid page, print it out for future reference and make copies for credit card companies. I AM SO MAD!!! |
|
|
| I also tried to cancel by calling the "Customer Service" number, which is not a working number. I went right on line, found this site and immediately cancelled my credit card before any damage could be done. Fortunately, it's a credit card that I only use for on-line purchases so no major inconvenience. From now on, unless it's a well recognized brand name organization, I will order nothing on-line without thoroughly checking out the company first. |

| Bastards! I never received my trial, and they just charged me $79.83! Looks like they charge different amounts so you can't put a block on your account for the amount. Guess the only thing to do is cancel your card, and repot them to fraud agencies. Then hopefully they will get caught at some point! |
|
|
| I am very mad. I ordered the free trial and decided to cancel as soon as I received it. I would even sent the free trial back, but can't get hold of them, just as the others have said. Amazing! Tried calling the Florida # of 561-392-6006 to no avail. Guess I will have to cancel my card #. |

| I've been trying to call for weeks to cancel my order but could not get an answer, like the rest of you. Thanks to Debbie Hitt I used the link that she posted just now and talked to "Rose". She cancelled my account and sent me a confirming email. I'm sure my credit card won't be credited but at least I shouldn't be charged again. "Rose" also gave me a number to call (888-582-8080) but I only get a busy signal on there. It's all bogus but maybe the link will help someone else cancel and not be charged anymore. http://www.ebizprogram.com/cpage.aspx?name=contactus |
