Tian Siang Auto care Sdn Bhd review: Very poor customer service by salesman 1

Just yesterday, I got my new Honda City V- Spec. I would
like to launch a complain on a salesman name chee kin, [protected] is his mobile
number at Tian Siang Honda Jln Kuala Kangsar. I was really interested on the
brand new Honda City. In Ipoh there is two dealers, Jln Kuala kangsar and Jln Kampar
respectively. At jln Kampar Honda, they had clarify it earlier that blue colour
Honda City v-spec will take around 3-4 months to get since the colour is
limited. So I went to Tian Siang Honda at Jln Kuala Kangsar, I was happy to
hear that they could deliver the car in 2-3 months which is earlier that Jln Kampar.
So I had book the car for RM200(as the salesman said its my wish to pay how
much) on 1st or march 2014. He had told me I might get the car end
of May or lately my early Jun 2014. My loan is approved by Public bank. Its
already early of Jun 2014, still no news from the salesman, I had call him and
ask for the status, he said confirm by end of Jun 2014. On 20th Jun
2014, the salesman called me and said that they will receive the car from Honda
Melaka on Monday or Tuesday, So I were rushing to Ipoh from Melaka, to sell my
old Honda City IDSi 2003 as trend in. On that Saturday, 21st Jun
2014, the salesman calculated for me the required downpayment that I need to
pay. I didn’t make the payment on that day because of shortage of cash. On next
Tuesday, I contact the salesman for my car status, he said not yet come and don’t
know when, but he ask to pay the downpayment 1st. Actually he
blackmail me, telling that if I wait for the car to come then only I pay the
downpayment, I might delay to get the car. Since I don’t have any other car to
use, I have no choice, I transfer the money to Tian Siang account on the same
day. On Wednesday, again I ask about the car status, he told he car just
arrived and he is preparing the documents but again I ask him can I collect the
car on Saturday but he told me that he cant promise. Same goes on Thursday and Friday
afternoon, he was keep on telling the same. On Friday 27th Jun 2014
at 1830(roughly) he told me that register was done after I ask him. Then I was
rushing from Melaka to Ipoh. Finally on Saturday morning I was able to collect
the car. All over the process to collect the car, I was not treat as customer
and he was talking like a boss. This is what make me so angry to launch this
complain, My family and friends told me that this situation will not happen to
any showroom or with salesman but only happen to me at Honda Jln Kuala kangsar. Upon
collect the car, I was told to sign some documents, when I ask what document is
that, he told me that its just a normal procedure documents, then only I realise
there a document for customer satisfaction which he told me to sign only. This is
what I feel that he is over the Honda rule. Seriously Honda dealer is the worst
in the world ! No point making technology cars but the customer service is
poor. After this, I will not recommend
my family and friends to buy Honda car and This will be my last Honda car in my
life. Please find the attachment for the

To Whom it may concern:-
I would like to have some clarification on the bill which was given and it was a shocking to see Service Maintenance was charged RM232.50 and the quantity of labor which was charged to me was 3.10. Is this shows that 3 Person including 0.10 ( Person ) was working to service my car where actually I notice only one person was working the whole time. I am confused why Honda Tian Siang Auto need to charge me 3 person as it was not a major service or repair work. Please do reply my request with an explanation as I am be rest assured my billing was not a mistake.
