I BOUGHT A SONY ERICSSON W580I AN THE LEFT 'OK' KEY CAME OFF SO I SENT IT BACK AN I GOT A £47 BILL BECAUSE OF A KEY AN THE PHONE IS STILL IN WARRANTY.
