The Living Well HealthMaster review: Returned Product for Repair/Called CSR-they said &IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED& 2

I bought this product couple years ago, paid over $365 on a credit card. I was using it until the motor overheated and stopped working. I called customer service, they sent me through email a return postage address to where I needed to send the product for repair. After waiting full six months, there was no calls, no email if product was received & fixed. I finally got tired of waiting and called customer service, they basically told me that they never received the product and that I have to contact the post office for receipt...Are you KIDDING me right now? I know that I packaged, boxed, and taped the product for it to be LOST, PLUS they should still have my file that I ordered the product through a credit card, called it in for repair and now it is LOST and they can't do anything about it...I pretty much WASTED $365.00 to this WORTHLESS product as well as the people that do work for HEALTHMASTER!
