On Saturday 12/12/09 I placed an order at theatennafarm.com. On Sunday afternoon I wanted to change something on the order since it had not shipped yet. So I go to the contact us part of the website and what follows below is the transcript of the emails. You be the judge of the service you can expect from them. I sent my first email on Sunday and did not get a response till Wendesday.

Wow thanks for the great customer service. I was going to order a VHF antenna from you but I think I have changed my mind.
I run my own ecommerce site and ebay auctions and I would never respond to one of my customers in that manner

A apology does not fix the problem. Why would I call a place that is closed? The order was placed on a weekend. I'm not going to interrupt  my work day to call you. Why would you have a email us option if your not going to check it for 3 days?

FYI I'm not having a bad day I am just experiencing horrible customer service. I will definitely be  sharing my experience with many forums and web sites.

End of emails.
Now if I never changed my mind on one of the items I ordered I would have never had this issue.
However I do think sending a email the next morning before the item has been shipped or before they where even open should have solved the problem. My issue is that I didn’t even get a response to my email till 5:01 pm on 12/16/9 that’s Wednesday. 3 business days after I sent in my order change request.

I am still waiting for a tracking confirmation - 3 days, so foar. I have already removed this comapny from my list. Paying a few bucks more somewhere else is definitely worth less hassle.

They need to integrate customer service into their business plan and, perhaps, receive training for it.

I have dealt with hundreds of companies on the internet since the 90's and I can tell you this is one of the worst for simple things like "INFORATION!". are you kidding me. They apparently don't need my money, so they will no longer receive it.

This place is not good. They advertise on the phone they are in the office from 10 AM to 4 PM monday through thursday. I called and called and called an no one answered until after 11AM. I placed an order, and paid for everything, 6 antennas, 6 L brackets and 6 mounts and coax. They only thing I received was the antennas, period. No L brackets and no coax. I was screwed as I had an inspection with the Montana Highway Patrol but was kicked to the curb as our radios did not work!!! So they did not send what I ordered and not they are on vacation. You can't get hold of anyone so they stole my money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the state attorney generals office for theft and what a lousy company to do business with. I recommend NO ONE do any business with with this company what so ever!!

Have order from them two times and never had any problems and always received what I ordered without delay.

These comments make me extremely nervous. I ordered somethings for my son off this website on December 15th. I paid for priority shipping. Still have not received the item as of December 23rd. I checked the web order and it still says processing. I called and only received an answering machine. Of course, I sent a web email from their site. However, I do not expect to have a response before Christmas. I wish they had updated the order information online or emailed if their was a delay in the order. It's called, "Good customer service!" I will have one very disappointed person on Christmas if this order does not arrive in time!
