teachchildren.com review: I returned order, but still no money back 1

I ordered some books and materials for teaching from the website www.teachchildren.com. I got it on time, but it was completely wrong things, which was unnecessary for me. The seller agreed to take it back and return money back, but after I sent the order back, I haven’t heard from the seller. No info about refund and no idea what to do next. Please, help me to get money back.
