I registered on the website www.worldtruth.org and wanted to join one of the groups. I was totally disappointed, ‘coz they refused to take me into the group and told that I was new on the website. I needed to spend more time on the forums and only after that they could accept me into the group. WTF? I stopped to visit this website at all. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problems. Please, share your views.
I do have the same problem. I requested to delete my account because since I will be married to husband and have children and pursue my dreams, I will not have time for social media. I also rather spend time with my friends too than social media. Everyone need to stay away from social media as much as possible because it does not improve your life. You really do not need it. There are better things to do besides wasting time with social media. No matter what you deserve to be treated right just like everyone else.
You're lucky not to have been accepted. I made the mistake of purchasing a Gold "Lifetime" membership...which lasted exactly two months. They waited until I could no longer dispute the charge with PayPal, then deleted my account. I sent email, and questioned them on Facebook, yet never recieved a reply.
WorldTruth is a TOTAL RIP OFF. Anthony Jordan and Mary McCullick are just scamming people out of money, pure and simple.
Astroturfing much? I'm the official WT rep. This guy was never a member of our site. It looks like another social network posted the complaint to slander us then promote themselves. Not cool.
I also use https://informedplanet.org and find the site very easy to use, sending friend requests to everyone who signs up. I have a top page there where everyone is welcome to join no matter how long you have been a member.
Just use https://informedplanet.org they are very welcoming and i moved over there after terrible treatment from worldtruth and never looked back.
