supersonic ads review: bought game tokens ,refused to allocate 2

I wanted to buy game credits to enhance my game called big barn world, so I seen the ad stating I can register with band join a casino called slotocasino, I must also spend at least $40, So I thought OK why not because I would get my 850 big barn world credits too, as this was said, , , , I followed the link signed up deposited played the games online casino and no credits allocated..I emailed, and emailed back and forth they asked for screenshots such ridiculous stuff as proof, , I sent as much as possible ...I even asked the casino for an email stating I was a first time user and I spent at least $40 ...sent screenshots ...I attempted phoning today but because of time zones got a voice message... I’m so exhausted I don’t know where to turn I’m so disheartened because I don’t get out much dye to my health issues and my online game makes me feel alive, the thing is due to my meds that I have to pay for as I’m allergic and constant changing, that $40+ was all I had to fund my game for the next 3 months and I can’t afford much more... The game itself is free but my daughter gives me that to enhance my game when she can ...please advice me, I’m not scamming or lying I completed the task as stated and all I want what was I bought, , , The casino emailed me that supersonic ad had no agreement with them even using their name, , such unethical way...thank you
