On December 7th 2009, I sold a Rockwell Jawhorse on stootsi.com.
Stootsi's payout dates are the 1st and 15th of each month. I have not seen a payment to my bank as of this date. Stootsi missed paying me on the 15th of Dec.2009, the 1st of January 2010, and the 15th of January 2010.
The first time I wrote to them I received a response stating the Paypal would not let them payout (see below #1). I cannot understand this becuase my payment method is ACH direct deposit to my bank account.
They then asked me if I would like a check sent and asked for all details, which I supplied (see below #2). Needless to say the check was never sent!
I have tried to contact them at least two more times and have not yet received any responses, nor have I received any payment.

This is the 3rd time I am writing and asking were my payment for order ID [protected].
The Rockwell Jawhorse was sold on Dec. 7th 2009, payout dates Dec. 15th, 2009 and Jan. 1st, 2010 have passed and I still have not received a ACH deposit.
Below # 1 ~ you will find a response from your employee ( Brian ) in regards to this matter.
I do not get paid through paypal, so I do not know why paypal is even mentioned in this problem.
I also responded back to ( Brian ) on Jan. 6th, 2009 ( SEE BELOW #2 ) and told him that I would Like a check. I sent my Name ( make check payable to ) and my address. But never received a check !

#1 ~ Right now PayPal does not allow us to send funds out because of issues we had with refunding too many orders (which was due, in part, to our 3rd party marketplace and some unscrupulous sellers)
We can send you a check if thats ok with you. Please let me know who to make the check out to and where to send it.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Received defective product...customer service started out friendly enough issuing RMA #s and UPS labels to take product back for a refund.
Only refunded me half after UPS tracking shows delivery of all the product back to them. Will not answer my emails any longer.
In dispute now with credit card.
Please be very careful when using this site. I ordered a headset which was labeled in GOOD CONDITION but wounding up having a broken mic. I combed the product information and no where did it state the mic was not working. They stated the item was salvage and sold AS IS but I didn't take it to mean the product was SORTA BROKEN. They deceived me by putting up a product that was broken without labeling it correctly. I understand it was used but they could have at least told me it was not entirely working.
Exactly the same thing happened to me. Never got the payout and Brian blamed paypal, then claimed that he would send a check, and a month later... still nothing.
Looks like they are closing operations.
Yes, stootsi.com has hold my payment for more than two months. I still didn't get my payment.
I asked them several times. no response were received.
Where can I get the help?

Stootsi is a scam. Its a horrible site with horrible sellers and no customer service. The items are either cheap because they are fake or not really cheaper at all. I found some of the products at target for $10 cheaper.
They have listings on their site for "authentic" products; however, they are fake. I've contacted customer service so many times and have gotten no reply. The only number that I found through google has been disconnected. Please do not shop here.
Stootsi has just added another disgruntled customer to their list and I am not in the process of a credit card dispute also.
