Buyer stay away from scam hosting company speedysparrow.com They are rip off company and full of scam. They take your money and suspend your service after few days. Totally fake scam provider and I request you all to stay away from speedysparrow.

Totally scam company speedysparrow run fake business from Australia and one man company. Dont have any support, dont have any technical idea about hosting at all. They are totally scam and fake and take your money out. If you have any words about them please let everyone about such garbage provider.

SpeedySparrow is a fantastic host. Quite obvious to anyone with brain, but most of these negative posts and the duplicates on other complaints sites are fabricated by one disgruntles spammer who presumably should have spent more time working on his own site than attempting to tarnish the reputation of others. I have some words about this "garbage" provider...

Firstly - the content in your complaint is false.
Their servers are very quick, and allow any site to load very rapidly.

They do NOT terminate your account after a few days unless you violate any of their policies, clearly pointed out on their main page. I have had an account w/ the domain gamervoid.com since May of this year, and never once been disappointed in their service at all.

On another note, my site is up as of this posting, and the only time in the next week it will be down is November 13th, in which they have emailed 10 days in advance to notify all customers...

It is sad that there is someone creating a bunch of alias accounts here bashing what is a great company. I feel like smacking the false reviewer upside the head right now.

I am not quite a [censored]bag, we respect all our customers and it is funny how each person that replies has only ever replied in the threads that are open about SpeedySparrow. Multiple of the posters have the same bashing structure towards us as the original poster and every time we request more information on the account or the domain it is never provided to us.

We are not pathetic, it is the people that continually abuse the services they are given that brings these negative comments and each time we try and be helpful it is shot down by the same poster that created the topic.

It is funny, the same poster posted the exact same thing but they both share different names (coincidence?).

As per our reply:

Not quite a true fact, we have answered all inquiries due to any of the downtime that we had seen through this period (overwhelmed) at times, though we also sent through e-mails after e-mails regarding the issue notifying customers that (Telephone Support) would be disabled during the process of the downtime as we were working on the issue and could not take on extra load to slow us down.

I'd like to grab your domain down and your accurate details, the information you have provided in your above comments are not available via our help-desk, we've actually never served a customer under the name of "Jack Palen" and have no customers from Derbyshire.

For more accurate understanding, we are not teenage kids and we actually have a lot of customers that have appreciated our downtime information that was submitted via the forums as well:

Sort of a little mis-leading as your account nor domain was ever moved in to a new server.

I cannot help you without knowing the cPanel username, we restored most accounts best we could, we sent out e-mails asking customers to discuss issues via the forum or through the help-desk and we attended to each user request for support - if we missed you we are sorry but with the sheer magnitude of the requests we could not handle everyone single handed.

If you can provide me more information I could help you further but without that there is little I can do for you.

We've had another user take this same approach, whether you are the same customer or not trying to pull a bad act we will eventually find out, we don't take slander and false information nicely and as most of your comments are a little mis-leading and quite slanderish we will take it further accordingly.

Anyone @toads tool - that is willing to believe false accusations is quite silly, we had issues they were resolved but sadly the OP's comments are out of place, are slanderish, are false, and can lead to imprisonment if we decide to take it further.

We are actually in contact with complaintsboard to grab some more information about the poster which will be used as our court order to have the remarks removed and or have this taken further even in to court action.

I just need to tell all of you about my terrible hosting experience with
SPEEDY SPARROW which is run by an couple of teenage kids

Anyway. I have several sites hosted with SPEEDY SPARROW unfortunately...
Well, what I'm about to say may be followed with "That's what you expect
with SPEEDY SPARROW hosting service."

Two weeks ago they moved one of the domains I work with to another server
(without prior notification) and they didn't bother even check the front
page of the website to see if it came up correctly! The database wasn't
moved over so almost the whole site was completely broken. Then The SSL Cert
wasn't brought over with it (I found out later) so no orders could be taken.
Two day later I realized that my processor was not installed on the same
location on the server as the last server so no credit card charges could go
through!

5 days went by with no e-commerce and 2 of those five days the site was
completely disabled from SPEEDY SPARROW! When I e-mailed them (tried calling, no answer even
though they have 'phone support' listed as an option on their website.) and
they simply replied with 'the site is now working'. No explanation, no
apology, nothing. I was so angry.

I finally weeded an apology out of them and they offered me 1 month of
free hosting. I told them I was leaving SPEEDY SPARROW and they told
me that would be a big mistake and closed my account and deleted my files!

So, I try calling, I leave voicemail, no response. I call and hit 'zero' for
the operator, it will either jump from phone to phone and eventually hit
voicemail or they will pick up the phone and hang it up! Can you believe
that?!

Don't believe their lies...

Stay away from SPEEDY SPARROW, they're terrible. SPEEDY SPARROW SUCKS.

SPEEDY SPARROW REVIEWS - Stay away from this shi**ty company, they are scammers, their servers are slow, no support and basically have no clue what they are doing... They are a one person operation claiming to have many employees (lol) and they are also major spammers. Find someone better than speedy sparrow, speedy sparrow sucks!

@babanjot We currently have 6 employees on our payroll. In addition to that we have server technicians on duty 24/7 and are serving hundreds of clients on a daily basis. We have been around since 2006.

I apologize that we didn't approve with your activities and as such you account was suspended. However, not any provider with servers located in the states would approve with SPAM activity.

Please do not hesitate to contact our abuse department - since you clearly didn't read them or understood what they refereed to. SPAM is not only against our Terms of Service, it's illegal. So before you judge our company for the actions taken to prevent YOUR illegal activity - please take the time to review your own actions. If you wish to continue this, please contact our abuse department and they'll give you the contact details to our legal representatives, and they'll be able to explain exactly why we are obliged - by law - to prevent SPAM from being sent out on our network.

I'll quote the Terms of Service that you accepted during the order process.

We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and "double opt-in" will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice. Please read this for our generalized mail policy.

If you are considering to get a hosting account from speedy sparrow, you may want to (or probably have tried to) search for the keywords “speedy sparrow Sucks” on Google. However, the result may confuse you. yes because they really suck there not real company its ONE man web hosting.

This user was suspended for violating our Terms of Services.
The client was contacted by e-mail but neglected to respond to any questions our Abuse Department had. As such the client was suspended.

We take SPAM very seriously - and if the complainant has any more questions I suggest that he takes the time to actual read the e-mails we have sent out and responds to them accordingly or contact our Abuse Department, and we will be glad to provide all the logs proving his violations of our Terms of Service.

SPAM in any shape or form - has never - and will never - be allowed to be conducted on our networks.
