this company is selling hottubs and does not stand behnd his business we bought a hot tub thta leaks and yes he did come out to fix it about five times and no it is not fixed now we called him and he told us to do what we have to, so now it is going into legal battle he alos has a site called my hot classfieds site under his busniess i found that today as of [protected], also he is listing his business on the city of fort worth just put in his e-mail and he will come up I am telling people beware beware we payed him 1, 700 in cash and now we are fighting him over this matter, he will act as if he does not know what you are talking about when you call him about a matter on his spas, if anyone is having the same problem with this business please do not back off he will keep taking peoples mpney and nothing in return as for him correcting the problem.
he is a theft and lier we had alot problems he tookour money lied about the year of the hot tub his crew were a joke i cut my foot on a jet they broke he had a sex website at one time women for pleasure do not know if he does now we just happen to find it one day.he would not replace the hot tub or give us our money bak he was out here about 8 times and it was not fixed we got it fixed to get some use out of it he tool our money he is a joke .beware of this man isaiah burns my name is helen vaca in roewlett texas and yes he should be in jail for fraud we paid cash but i do have my receipt i hope he gets what he has coming to him.
that is the way they work the hot tubs are older than what they say we got burned out of 1200 are 1400 dollars on the hot tub we bought, they even dropped it then it had leaks they came out to fix it i know four times then he got mad and would not return my calls are nothing we had someone to fix the leaks and one time they worked on ours i step on a broken jet they had broke it cut my foot i called him and would not fix the jet, would not replace hot tub at all, if yu did buy one yr in a pickle no one would help us we still have it half of the jets do not work the temp will not go down to 80 only and it will not shut off when it is suppose to.he told me to go to hell he would not replace it at all .and we found out ours was 12 yrs old it was suppose to be 4 yrs old that was a laugh i told him that again he told me to go to hell.would not return my calls and we payed him with cash he did not even put taxes on it but beaware of this man and do not trust him he lies and cheats .

Isaiah Burns of Advanced Service1 is selling hot tubs/ spas & advertising them as "Like New" or "Refurbished" & "With Warranty" but the tub I bought does not work. After several calls, which now he will not answer or return, he has still not replaced, repaired or refunded my money. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL OR YOU'LL GET TAKEN LIKE I DID. My lawyer has already served him the paperwork, so Monday I will go forward with filing a formal lawsuit against Isaiah Burns of Advanced Services.
