Smile Bright scam to gain money from Credit card

CleanWhite, CyberNet Entertainment Ltd, 19 Princess Avenue, Blackhill, Consett, Co Durham, DH8 0LG, UK

This company took my details for a "free sample" and I gave credit card details for the postage only.
In the small print they took money £55 and £54 for a month's supply of their tooth whitening.

The bank had to be involved and I had to make a statement to stop the scammers from taking money each month.

Stay away from this scam company unless you want to pay $149.95 for two small syringes of some sort of bleach. Read the fine print or you'll pay dearly each month. Three days after giving them my credit card info, my Credit Card was compromised internationally.

The only way i have known to rid these people is to contact your bank and have them remove the charge stating fraudulence. also you may need to cancel this card to get replacement so you don' get any further charges. I had them do this to me 3 times with continued reversals until i cancelled my card

Smile Bright false charges

This is a frickin scam! They promise you a free trial for around $5.00 to cover shipping. First of all the product is bogus. 2nd they send you the trial and no phone number, no packing slip, no way to get a hold of them after the product comes, until you get your bill...Then beware! You are charged the shipping then 86.93 for the product since it wasn't returned in 14 days- again cause you didn't have a number to call and cancel. Then we have another charge 10 days later for the 2nd pen AT $86.93- Once agaian I still haven't got my monthly bill yet to know all of this is going on. Needless to say by the time I got my credit card bill I have now paid for 3 of these worthless pens..None of which I want.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY

Smile Bright rip off/scam overcharging & repeat charging

They also charged me 2x in less than 1 month and claim that I couldn't return it after 30 days. But since I only just got my december bill from the cc company, i didn't realize what a scam this is. They charged me on the 3rd and the 11th of december and now say there's another one coming. I will of course refuse.
I will be returning and also contacting the "customer service" person whose named was supplied on the some of the marketing hype.
An unfriendly and particularly unhelpful customer no service phone employee couldn't (wouldn't even give me the corporate contact. Said she did not know who that could be. Doesn't know what or who signs her check, and more run around.

Smile Bright Unauthorized Charge of $86.93

I signed up for a free sample of Smile Bright. The next time I know, my credit card is charged for $86.93.
I already had my teeth whitened at the dentist so I really don't knew their trial product.

I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General Consumer Division for the State of Maryland . I suggest all scammed consumers do the same. I never agreed to the credit card charge.

The number given on my credit card charge fos Smilebright was [protected], allegedly in Ohio.

Do NOT sign up for their trial product! That's how they hook you for their "VIP Maintenance program" and bill your credit card monthly for $86! What a rip-off! I hate them!

I signed up for a $7.95 trial and was charged $86 a month without knowing it and another #24 a month for world fittness club, which I never heard of until I got my visa charge. Some where in the small print they hid this info. RIP OFF! Canceled my card. The internet is full of these complaints.

I am absolutely disgusted that these companies can get away with ripping people of for products they never purchased or actually knew anything about! I purchased the 'free' sample and told it would be £2.95 post and packaging. They took £32 our of my bank and when i eventually got through to them (costing me a fortune in phone calls) they said i didnt read the small print (there wasnt any) with regards to cancellations and further charges for the privelage of them giving me info about fitness! Could not believe the guy actually said this as the product i thought i was buying was teeth whitening - im absolutely raging!

Smile Bright came into my checking account over 8 different times and took money. Each time they used a different company name! They ripped me off for nearly $500.00! Something should be done!

Smile Bright did not follow customer's requests

i answered a pop up ad on the Web. After filling out the asked for information, I talked with an operator, explaining that I wanted ONLY the free trial, for which a $1.95 S&H charge was expected. I very deliberately specified that I DID NOT want the product, just the trial. She tried to convince me to buy the package . I refused. She finally understood my request and assured me that I would only get the free trial sample. After some time, I revceived a slim tube and assumed it to be the sample. On the next credit card statement, I saw the $1.95 charge. The following month, there were two charges of $86.93 each, one dated 12/02/09, the other, 12/08/09. I ordered neither. I called the customer service # and was told that the silm tube I had received more than 30 days ago, was the first shipment, at $86.93 and that another was on it's way. I explained my situation. The rep told me all I could do was send back the material (when I received it) and cancel the account to receive a refund for just one of the charges. Since I had SPECIFICALLY said I didnt't want the product at all, there can be no sxplanation for their action except that this is a big scam.

Smile Bright Bogus Charges

I purchased a trial for a teeth whitening product after seeing it on my friend's Facebook page. I recently found out that her Facebook was hacked and it was posted as my friend's status update.

I received a small product and then 2 weeks was charged an additional $95 AUD after my purchase of $13 AUD.

Major rip off, I never authorised it but I didn't pay close enough attention to the terms and conditions either.

Now I have a product that barely works, the size of a pen, for over $100AUD.

Smile Bright deceptive promo & charges

The promotional trial product (teeth whitening) will lure you in on the price for less than $5, and if you do not respond within 14 days to cancel and or ship back, they conveniently charge your account $86 +/- dollars three weeks later.
Look out! ...do not click on that buttom!, they will tell you under "terms and conditions" you agreed to purchase more, not knowing it, read all of it first before clicking on it!... .

Ordered a trial size version of there tooth whitening product advertised for $1.95 each, and two weeks later was charged again $78.95 x 2 = $157.90. Alot of money for a trial size version! I contacted the company 3 times trying to get that money credited to back to my account. The representatives were rude and told me to read the fine print. They offered me a resturant coupon credit for $100.00 that I have yet to receive. They go under several different company names over the internet, so beware of trial versions of anything. (By the way, product was ineffective) I will go to exstream lengths to expose this SCAM company, including Attorney General Office, in the hopes of shutting them down and protecting future buyers of there products Please BEWARE!

You will see these advertisements all over the place, but stay away! I ordered the smile bright teeth whitener on the 30 day trial to see how it worked. It took 21 days for it to get to me, then the next week I saw a charge for $87. I called and they said since i did not return the product within the trial period they automatically renewed me. I questioned the shipping day as i had only had the product for 1 week at the time. They extended the trial period for me, but having a bad feeling I immediately returned the product for a refund. I followed up the next week to ensure things were going properly and found out that the company reported the product damaged or missing and thus wouldnt provide a refund. If you see the product, there really isn't any way for it to be damaged so a long story short, they simply found a reason to refuse my refund. I followed up with my credit card provider who refunded me, but I would say stay away from this company as much as you can. They are trying to take advantage of people who might overlook charges to their card or never follow up. Not a good business!

my husband signed up for these products and I know he would NEVER have agreed to having 86.93 for smile bright and 92.37 for dental dazzel taken out of his checking account EVERY MONTH! Then he died after 2 months (not from these products) and I finally saw them when I saw charges on his account after he died. called dazzel and they at least credited me back the month after he died. smile bright would not and would not let me talk to anyone! these companies should be shut down and I will be checking my statements to make sure the charges do not reappear.

this is a TOTAL FRAUD AND SCAM, initial write stated correct info. Several names but same fraud. Customer service rep LAUGHED and said "good luck getting money back" what you purchased was a membership and that the link to terms and conditions was the wrong one (one which states card will not be charged for 35 days) and said they had changed to charging account after 3 days (Product not even shipped yet). THEY ARE LIARS.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you have been a victim report to Attny General in your state, your congressman, the USPS so they can be stopped. They have logos of reputable companies on their site, which is how I got to then, from CNN so please contact these advertisers and let them know.

I am very upset! I also did the same thing. I tried to call after recieving the trial sample after 3 weeks, and of course, it was past the time that I was allowed to cancel. Now, I have 2 charges over $130 taken out of my bank account that I didnt authorize. I also have a fraud claim with my bank. I would like to have these people's address so that I can get my money back. My husband is so upset, he is that kind of person that will get even over these scammers.

This product doesn't work for me. I contacted you by this site when I received a charge on my account for $86.93 on 12/11/09, I also advised you 13 days after receiving the trial sample. I canceled this within the 14 days of receiving it as I was advised by my dentist that the product doesn't due what it said it would. I even tried it for 12 days and my teeth were the same after using it. I would like the charge taken off my credit card, and I DO NOT WANT ANYMORE CHARGES OR PRODUCT, I AM ALSO RETURNING THE TUBE I JUST RECEIVED SATERDAY 12/19/09.

This company is a total scam ! I never order anything off the internet, however this was advertised on my home page and I was so stupid I thought it was legit ! I was charged $1.39 and then 3 weeks later I was charged $86.97 . I did not authorize these charges and it is now under a fraud investigation. I hope these f@#$@#$@#$@# animals get whats coming to them. I am very lucky I have the ability to make it through these charges and survive. I feel sorry for the ones who may not be able to get to work or eat or even just needing that money for life itself. I will get my money back, and if these crooks don't get whats coming to them on earth the will burn in hell ! I would like to meet theses guys, they would not have teeth left to worry about ! Go bless !

The Dazzle White free trial is a total scam! I stupidly sent off for the 'free trial' which I never received even though my account had been debited (actually more than was quoted). Then two weeks later a further sum was taken from my account for 'beutyclub' spelt wrong! Rang America and they cancelled 'membership' which was something I didn't even know I'd subscribed to. They did refund the 2nd amount. Now, a month later another amount has been debited from my account for Sup*Fitness which apparently is connected to the original Dazzle White. They are all part of the same scam. Bank are looking into it but as I paid through Debit Card they can still take money out of your account even if I cancel my card. Please don't be fooled by this Company. I don't know how they sleep at night. I certainly don't . I am from UK. I just wonder if there are others in UK who have been fooled.

Smile Bright ordered a 99 cent trial an every bleaching company send me bleach for teeth and charges

i see a advertisement on computer that keeps saying you can buy two different trial offers on for .99 cents and one for 4.95 and with both of them together it will lighten your teeth, next thing i know, i get the one from smile bright for 99cents, then 2 weeks later I get my credit card bill. smile bright [protected] DE .99 cents, then whites smile for $4.94 #[protected] CYP THEN a smile pure [protected] DE, It was for $92.47. Then I also have a charge from beutyclub #[protected] cyp an it was for $79.28. I asked someone named Amandawhat they charged me for she said it was dazzle white, I said dazzle white, she said it use to be white brite and we changed it to dazzle white. I ask her to explain that, but she didn't . then I also get a charge from smile bright for $92.37It sounds like the same company, just changing names of teeth whitner and different phone numbers. I canceled my credit card for now. It seems like this is happening to alot of people . SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE
