Simplisafe Response time is zilch

I called them 2 days in a roll, Friday July 30 and Saturday July 31... They "have" an emergency number (as close to "emergency" that I can find that I had to google: [protected] (https://www.google.com/search?q=simplisafe+emergency+number&rlz=1C1SQJL_enUS899US899&oq=simplisafe+emergency+number&aqs=chrome.0.69i59.10020j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8) and also https://support.simplisafe.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029685331-How-do-I-reach-the-Emergency-Dispatch-Service-if-I-need-to-cancel-my-alarm-
In the event of an alarm, our emergency dispatch center will contact you using the numbers you provided when the service was activated. However, you can also contact them at [protected]. It took 20 minutes for them to answer and the service really sucked. The couldn't access "certain information" and they spin you on a merry go round passing the buck. EMERGENCY SERVICE. I have been with them 18 months I believe, maybe longer Is the only way one can get to them is to set the alarm off on purpose (that would be cool... then the police and fire personal all show up at once?. Way to go simplisafe... buy my equipment back and forget about the $25.00 a month for a year and a half of no real service, and I will be happy. capisch? I don't think there will be any other remedy, but I am open

Simplisafe Dysfunctional alarm all around

Don't waste your money. They sent me the basic security components, and nothing functions because apparently the keypad and base station can't be installed next to light switches, or in the same room with other electronics such as televisions or routers or modems. They tried sending me a Verizon cellular module, but that just made things worse. The alarm keypad keeps saying "keypad out of range, " meaning I can't get it to do anything.
