I have ordered a dress via the website and paid in full via Paypal. Then I got an email from the customer service claiming that to get a dress in time I need to pay an additional service of 200 dollars that I rejected. Then I got another email saying that the price of the dress is 200 dollars more and if I want to get it I need to pay that amount to the link they will send. I rejected as well. Then I got an email saying that they will cancel my order and that they refund cash via Paypal. When I entered the site again, my order was canceled but the cash didn't return. That was a clear fraud online. The dress never showed up and they never planned to make it. the last email asks me to be patient. I am not patient so I set up a claim at Paypal.

My daughter was estactic to find this dress for her first homecoming. This same exact dress with the same model and picture are on 7 different other online sites, including amazon. This site was cheaper by almost $30. I tried to save some money and ordered from here. I did not have the dress special ordered. Nothing. The dress did arrive on schedule and quick, considering it was shipped from China to the US. But that is the last positive thing I can say. The dress we received is NOTHING like the picture. It's some ugly off red color (not the deep, dark red as shown). It has a weird waist band, no tags to identify size (it was way too large in the bust and I did measure my kid before purchasing), it's not satin and NO pockets. When I contacted the company, they first tried to claim it's hadmade so there may be slight differences. WRONG. We chose zero alterations and this dress is listed on multiple sites. You did not handmake this dress. I then received an email pretty much saying "our bad" will give you $25 and you can keep it or you pay to send it back and we will refund everything but shipping you paid. So I'm paying for shipping twice!

BUYER BE WARE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My daughter's homecoming is ruined thanks to this mess!

i bought a wedding dress on this website. As soon as arrive to me my dress 10th of january i send a message to them and tried to contact to them.

I send this message:
" Today my dress arrived to me. But it is not the same as the shown. And also color is different than i ordered. I want tı send it back. Please help me to which adress i will send and how many days later you pay money back?"

the answer was not relevant to my question. they send me this answer:
"hello,
your dress has been shipped by DHL, the tracking number is 1357512***, this is the track website:www.dhl.com
Thank you."

I just wanna send that dress.

Blaming myself for not reading the reviews. They are so bad. Oh god, why didn't I do it before? I lost money and time, I wish I had ordered from a different place. I didn't receive my order by the date I wanted, even though I paid for this. When I realised that it wouldn't arrive, I contacted them and they started to assure me that everything is ok, nothing to worry about.
But nothing has arrived and I started to look for a new dress. I will surely request a refund.

I have ordered a custom made dress from www.simple-dress.com and when I received it size was incorrect. That was a huge mistake, because when I made my order I gave them all the measurements and I'm sure I gave the correct ones!
Their rep said that there was a possibility to fix everything but I had to pay some extra money for that kind of service. That was almost the same amount I paid for the dress.
I refused and asked for a full refund, but they said that was impossible. Very poor service, and if anything goes wrong (like in my case) there is no chance for a customer to get a proper resolution. Better stay away!

I saw some pictures on Facebook and Instagram and there were also many good reviews about SimpleDress so I decided to give it a try and ordered a dress. When it arrived I was very disappointed with its quality. It looked something like picture but the workmanship was very poor and the entire dress looked terrible. When I contacted SimpleDress customer service and asked for a refund they said that they don't do refunds and suggested me to donate the dress. Total scam! Never again!

I found a lovely dress on SimpleDress website and ordered it. They told me it would be delivered in 10-12 business days. Well, it's been over two months now and I received nothing yet. I contacted them many times and they just keep saying me to be patient. I am getting very sick and tired of all this nonsense! I have no idea when it will be delivered and I'm very disappointed because I wanted to wear it on a special event. I hope the dress is worth waiting if it ever comes.
