Shenzhen Kerchan Technology review: Take money but don't provide product 1

Found this company through alibaba. Placed an order for hover boards value of £1610GBP. They gave me a tracking number which was unrecognised, I told them if wasn't recognised so they gave me another faulty tracking number. It's now been 24 days and it was supposed to be delivered within 5 days through DHL. Before payment was sent they replied via email very quickly, however now they have payment they don't reply. Scam company please so not send them your money.
