Sensa SCAM / SCAM / SCAM

This company is a total fraud and will scam you into thinking you are getting a "free" sample and then charges you account for a large sum of money. They are very deceptive and use deceptive tactics. If you do not call within the 30 day trial you claim to get they tell you that you are past the 30 days even though they send you 2 months worth of product. I called 4 days after the 30 days to get returned because that is the soonest I could get anyone on the phone but they blame you for the "mistake".

Sensa Returned Product not Credited

PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THEIR ON-LINE DECEITFUL PRACTICES!

I tried Sensa. Did not care for the product. Followed their steps, used the return code and directions they sent to me, returned it in the original box, and paid cash to mail the box. It had a return address.

I mailed three boxes at the same time. The other two arrived with no problem. After two months, I cleaned out the receipt.

Sensa now claims they do not have my return and have sent it to collections. My guess is a warehouse person either screwed up or it went home with someone.

I feel this is a dishonest practice. PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THEIR ON-LINE DECEITFUL PRACTICES!

Sensa Hair

I brought two packs of sensationnel premium now, one pack was a 16" and the other pack was an 14". The both where a 1b (color ). I called twice before I went up there to take the hair back, first time I spoke with a woman that work there an she said he would have to look at it to determine if we can take it back I said ok. The second time I called I spoke with a man/the owner (name unknown ), he said "was the pack cut " I said " no I haven't cut the hair " he Said ok bring it in " I said " ok". I took the hair back up there he said no I can not take it back but to remind you I spoke with him and he said bring It back because it wasn't the same color as a 1b(off black) it was more like a number 4(dark brown).the 14" cost were $39.99.

Sensa LIVER PROBLEMS/YELLOW SKIN

Just finished 9 days of tests in the hospital trying to determine why my eyes and skin have turned yellow. My bellirubin levels are off the chart as well as are other liver 'numbers' So far, all tests have failed to produce a cause for my condition other than a 'problem' with my liver and they have tested about everything... MRI, CT, unending blood-work, biopsy, ultrasound etc. I started using Sensa about 5 months ago and have used it religiously till I discovered the change in my skin color and the whites of my eyes becoming yellow. At this point in time the consensus of the doctors is that Sensa may well be the cause. Anyone else experience any of these symptoms or results? Thanks

One of my husbands co workers has had serious issues. He went to Vanderbilt to one of the top Liver Dr.'s and found out that his use of Sensa, protein, and creatine has severely damaged his liver and has caused an auto immune disorder. This Dr. told my husbands co-worker that he has recently seen a huge increase in severe liver damage because of these products. They are not regulated by the FDA and are being mixed and used improperly.

In July 2012 I began Sensa. August 2012 I went for routine bloodwork and my liver functions were off the charts. Sensa was the only change I had made since my last bloodwork (which was totally normal). Immediately I quit taking it. Since that time I have had 5 rounds of bloodwork, a liver sonogram and have now been referred to a specialist. My liver functions improved after stopping Sensa but are still abnormal. The ads say Sensa is "all natural" well I have learned being "all natural" does not mean it won't harm you. I am hoping I don't end up like the first entry on this page and have to go through a liver biopsy! Sensa should be banned! I have never felt so compelled to be verbal about a product. Let's face it unless you go to your doctor and have bloodwork how do you know this crap isn't damaging your liver? I thank God I went for routine bloodwork after only 1 month of using this product. Here's to hoping this product is off the shelves! Terry

The notice states to cancel simply login to your account at mysensa.com. When I went to the website it states that cancellations are not possible online, you have to call the 866#. I have been on hold for 38 minutes as I type this. : (

Sensa They will rip you off!!!!!

They offer a free 30 day trial, with a 2 month supply purchase. If dissatisfied, get an authorization for a return and refund within 30 days. They take up 2 weeks of that time in processing. When you call, they give you an address of 28516 Livingston Ave., Valencia CA. 91355 to which you should return the product. They tell you to get a Signature Confirmation Receipt. Fine, I did all that. Two monthes later, it shows up on my credit card as a $98.72 charge. When I call my credit card, they put me in touch with "Sensa, " who, monthes later want the confirmation letter from the POst Office, claiming they never received the package. At this point, the signature card is archived by the Post Office. It takes me two trips to get a delivery confirmation, which doesn't list Sensa or TrySensa but Intelligent Beauty as the recipient at that address. SCAM!

Sensa They have your information

Read the fine print. I went to the free web site to order the free SENSA, I had to put my name, address, and telephone number in the form, that is when I read they would charge 89.95 for the free product I closed the web site without ordering. Today I got a phone call from a lady who said she was from SENSA and did I still want to loss weight, so be were if you do fill the form out and close without ordering they still have your information

Sensa Fraudulent free trial

I purchased the Sensa weight-loss system free trial on February 8, 2011 through the phone after hearing an offer on the radio. Since then I have received two more packages that I did not order and $149.73 have been charged on my credit card account without my acknowledgement.

I have tried once and again to contact Sensa over the phone to be on hold for so long that I finally have to hang up. I was on the phone for as long as an hour and fifteen minutes one time. I don’t have the time to be doing this. I also attempted to go online and put in my order id number to create an account and I constantly got an error message that my information could not be found.

Sensa fraudulent practices

According to their advertisement, if you do not cancel within a prescribed time you will be billed 89.00 every two months for continuous shipments.
However, interesting enough, I was billed 89.00 at the end of 30 days of original "free Purchase". Then 30 days later I was billed again for 89.00 .I emailed the company and asked that any further shipments be cancelled and I wanted a refund for my second payment that was taken 30 days after the first one.
They have not responded to my request and do not appear to answer their Customer Service at [protected], 7am to 4pm (PST), Monday thru Friday. When a company takes additional unauthorized payments, I believe this is fraudulent action on their part.

When you return your "free" trial (and you will because it doesn't work), make sure to get the RMA number and GET TRACKING NUMBERS! They WILL charge you even though you sent it back, and you WILL have to call and spend tons of your valuable time on hold waiting for a rude customer service person to come on the line and ask you a bunch of irrelevant questions. They WILL make you give them the tracking numbers in order to get your refund. They count on you not getting the tracking numbers so they can say they never received the return and keep your money. This happened with my order AND my husbands order. Can't be just a coincidence!

READ THIS... on 5/26/2017 I ordered this product on a free trial with an agreement that I cancelled that same day, to go ahead and keep the free product and all that I would pay is a one time shipping fee, would receive no further shipments & would never be charged for anything again with them hoping that I would only enjoy the results and call back to order more. I trusted this product because I saw it in Costco, I originally heard an established radio show host call out this product for a call this 1-800# get it now while it's free plug. Also stating that they just wanted people to try it out.

Today I checked my online bank account and saw that they lied and did indeed produce an unauthorized charge to my account. I called them within their business hours 3 times today and all I got was a recorded message claiming that their office was closed.

I called my bank fraud department to file a claim against them and asked why there was no pending charge, because I always see a pending charge from businesses for 2 to 3 days. The fraud representative's exact words were "I only see transactions pending and closed on the same day from businesses that are not on the up & up!"

While this product may actually work, I don't know, but I have seen it listed in the top five weight loss products out there. BE VERY CAREFUL when using your credit card because the "Free Trial" is NOT free! You MUST return any unused product after 30 days AND cancel otherwise you will automaticly be re-billed like $80.00 for another month supply. They fail to mention that part in the radio and tv adds! When I found that out I called and canceled and as soon as my "Free Trial" showed up I sent it back without even opening the package. They did however refund my shipping costs, so I got lucky on that one.

I, as many others, signed up for the "free trial". I did not like the product, sent it back in the required time. I did use delivery confirmation. I thought that was the end of it. I then received phone calls from their "pre-collections" agent when my credit card was declined. They gave me the run around for 2 hours. Sensa told me they never received the product. I could not find my delivery confirmation. My own fault there, I take the blame for that. But after reading all these other comments, I see it is not unusual to have problems with this company. I was billed for the 89.95. (Sounds like somebody came up with a scam to get $90 per fat person in the US, brilliant!) I am terrified now they have my credit card information. And I am wondering, has anyone ever been turned over to "real collections" like they threatened me and "had their credit ruined" as it was so kindly put to me on the phone when I refused to pay. I will absolutely NOT pay them another penny. And want my 89.95 back!

I ordered a free trial of Sensa, not only did it not work but now they just charged me ~$85.00. I sent the product back on 2/8/12, with an RMA that I received from them when I spoke to them on the phone. I was looking at my checking account this morning and lo and behold there is a charge from these fraud masters. I called them and they assured me that the charges would be reversed but they were not going to help with the overdraft charges that this caused. When I asked why they were still charging me, the answer was that the shipment was not recorded as returned YET...Really? They received the item well before 2/16/12 and it is still not returned. So I am being charged for their inability to do their job. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS

DO NOT BUY INTO THE SENSA SCAM!
To any attorney listening: I and many others are interested in becoming a client in a class-action suit against the Sensa Weight Loss System. They FALSELY advertise on TV delivery of a FREE sample of their product. After the customer pays the $4.95 shipping, the 'FREE' product comes with a bill for $89.95! I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and the FCC. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! For those trusting people out there who do not read the
fine print once the product arrives, you are making milliionaires out of some fruadulent crooks at SENSA while they make fools out of
their customers!

I also was taken in by the Sensa unethical practices. After letting them know twice to stop sending the product I was glad to see that I may have a recourse to get them to finally pay attention. I have several boxes of the Sensa product that were sent after they were cancelled. What can be done to be reimbursed?

Can't believe I fell for "free trial Sensa $4.95"! Once you received product, you're on an automatic shipping program for $89.95 every couple of months. Called Sensa right away to cancel. After listening to the salesperson trying to get me to keep it and at least try it out, I was given a RMA number to return the "free trial." So, I paid $13.95 (including return shipping) and got NOTHING in exchange. Did learn never to trust a "free" offer again. Sensa you're a total SCAM!

This new found diet craze "Sensa" has not only put me in the hospital with a gal bladder attack is it has also effected my heart. My heart is enlarged and is having to be treated with medicatios. I only lost 2 pounds after using religeously for 5 weeks. It seems I cannot find a website to cancel any further charges to my card. Sensa False Advertising

Although this company is clearly using misleading and false advertising, they seem to be making a bundle on the amount of illiterate individuals out there. I read every word on the website and found two separate areas where the company warns of the additional charges for a two month supply. Based on most of the comments I have read here, it is evident that these people were mislead, mostly due to the fact that they cannot read, let alone write, english. Before you purchase anything, remember, buyer beware and if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. What did you people do in school? I ask because it clear, most of you are complete illiterates!

People are not illiterate. That is not the real problem. Most people are used to deal with other honest people. This type of purposefully misleading advertisement is very common. This is not what people are taught in school. We must not forget that our entire society is based on lies and hypocrisy. Dishonesty starts with most politicians in our government. Our country and people is anything but free. Myself, I do not mind people being very rich. What I resent though, is their control of the rest of us. The rich control us through their money.

Its not about being Illiterate. Its about the proper authorization forms being released. Which never happened. If this company can charge recurring payments without authorization forms so can starbucks, or your gas station, or grocery store can just write a disclaimer on thier wall saying that you will be charged every month just because you shop there and if you miss it too bad.

Sensa overcharge

online I ordered a try sensa kit. It was free except for a $4.95 S&H charge. It is now later, and my charge card has a billing for $89.95, unauthorized. I want that deducted. I would never have ordered the stuff at that price. Also, I recieved another package in the mail just today, and I certainly don't want it, and intend to return it. I have not had the success they claim. My weight continues to be the same.
I will certainly get in touch with customer service of my credit card.

You guys dont get it. You cant charge a recurring bill without an actuall authorization form stating so. Just because they hide this disclaimer at the bottom of the page doesnt mean its iron clad or even legal. That would be the same thing as a resturaunt puting the same message on thier bathroom wall and then if you pay with a credit card they just decide to bill you every month to pay the staff.

Sensa return policy

I also was intrigued from Sensa's On-line 30 DAY TRIAL offer with their free no-risk return policy! So, I ordered my 30 day kit. But, unfortuately for me, my Sensa kit arrived one week after I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I was so busy having appointments with surgeons, oncologists, hematologists and radiation. I didn't open my box at all. When I spoke with my Oncologist, she stated that I could NOT use the Sensa product. So, I just put the unopened Sensa box in my closet. Shortly after my third surgery, I began "calling" and "e-mailing" Sensa. However, NO ONE has returned any form of communication to me. I finally got thru to a representative ( who spoke broken english) and after I voiced my concern AND my diagnosis- SHE HUNG UP ON ME ! I have been completely frustated. There is No Actual "Return Process" that you can access on the Sensa website. I know, I''m still looking. So again, about 30 days later...ANOTHER box arrived in my mailbox and also I was charged an additional $89.95 on my Credit Card! I immediately opened this box and to my surprise the Invoice states that I will get yet another delivery of Sensa in the upcoming 30 days. Can't anyone out there help me. I've sent way too many e-mails to them! Is my only option to cancel my credit card, so that Sensa can't bill me?

Recently I ran across a web site that offered a 30 day free trial of Sensa. All I had to do is pay the 1.95 shipping. I called and was offered an upgrade of product with an extended free trail of 45 days. I gave the customer service rep my charge card for the shipping & found the next day they charged $210.00!

I called immediately to straighten this out and was told there was nothing they can do except when I receive the product send it back. It has been 10 days & I’m told Sensa is on it’s way but I’m still out $210.00 and have no product. They will not track product but tell me it’s in my state and I should have it in a few days.

I asked them to credit my account & if they didn’t receive the Sensa back from me in a week after I receive it then they can re-charge my account. They were rude and really didn’t care I wasn’t told about the charge & that I was calling to try Sensa Free (no upgrades) for 30 days.

If you are thinking about using this web-site DON’T! The customer service rep misrepresents what you are getting…which is ripped off!

Beware! SENSA free trial is a rip-off! In fact, it costs you $4.95 MORE than if you had just ordered it in the beginning. After 30 days the regular charge of $89.95 appears on your credit card. This is for the FREE introductory order with a two-month supply. Then 30 days later they bill you.. How is it that the word FREE can be used so deceptively. There should be a law against false advertising. It is taking advantage of all the overwieght people out there. If the product worked they would not have to use the gimmicks like offering FREE
trial. They should be banned by FDA or whoever as I gained 5 lbs on the product. It does not work! SCAM, RIP-OFF

I signed on for a "free" sample, just pay $4.95 shipping. Next thing I know my card was charged for $96.25. I tried to call to cancel and get a refund but was left on hold for hours. They never picked up. Now I see hundreds of people had the same thing happen to them by this outfit. Class action lawsuit needs to be filed! How can they still be allowed to operate?

I returned the unused portion because it didn't work for me. to date I have not received my refund and I am really disappointed that a organization as such. I don't have money to give away. I just want to know how to get my money back. i returned it and now I am out of $89.95. I recently seen on the news that Sensa is being forced to give refunds back to the consumers that purchased their product. Hope this helps.

I too, ordered Sensa in Feb/Mar. 2011. I did not receive the order so I phoned the company, and they immediately sent out a second order, which I received on 4/2011. I was informed that I had a full 30 days to try the product and after the 30 days cancellation, it had to be in there warehouse within 10 days after receiving the RMA #, and, if not satisfied, call and get a RMA # to return it with no charges being billed to my credit card. Well, I tried Sensa for approx. 2 weeks and felt the same and saw no results. I phoned, and to my surprise, there was an automated system, and I obtained my RMA#. I mailed the package back, with their return label, and I was still billed for it. Today, I am fighting with them to get my refund of $89.95.
I think that I am going to go to the BBB.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to you to let you know that I do not what you to send me any more Sensa I want to cancel my order. I think that I have been on this for about a year now and I am not losing any weight so the product is not working for me. I wa reading complaints from 2 and 3 years ago and it's the same thing, that I've been going through. somebody said they found the site but then apparently changed it, so I am just going to send it back to the address on my letter and hope they get it.

Sensa Unauthorized Charges

TrySensa is a company that operates on the edge of legality. First of all they make fantastic claims about their product which, for the most part, are not true. In fact they don't even come close to being true. But the claims are so good that you just have to try it. The company is primarily an infomercial with a website that takes your money. I know to never to use a debit card online unless I knew the vendor. So I thought I'd try the product and I'd be protected because I'm using a credit card. My first surprise was at TrySensa's website. I tried to purchase the sample that I had heard about in the infomercial. The option was not available and I ended up purchasing $90 worth of product and enrolling in a continuing subscription to receive $90 worth of product every 60 days. Thinking I might be taken to a screen that would allow me to take advantage of the infomercial offer, I clicked the next button. Viola! I had purchase the product without being given a chance to review the purchase. Then I was lead to a screen which I allowed me to take advantage of the infomercial offer, only I had to provide another name for tracking since the 2 orders would be shipped separately. After trying the product for a couple of months, I realized that it was not going to even come close to doing what the infomercial claimed. When I received the first automatic shipment 2 months later, I went on line and tried to cancel any further shipments. Two months later I received another shipment. I tried to call TrySensa in accordance with their online instructions. I tried to call several times waiting 30 minutes one time and 45 minutes another time. I was not able to get anyone to answer the phone. The reason for the call was to inquire why I had gotten the product after I had cancelled, and to get a “Return” number so that TrySensa would accept the return product. Finally, I gave up trying to contact TrySensa and contacted my credit card company instead. The credit card company did an investigation and determined because I had received the product and had not returned it, I was liable for the charges. The credit card company put me in contact with TrySensa. They claimed I had opened 2 accounts, not one, and also claimed that there was another shipment and charge for their product that evidently contradicted the credit card company’s records. I contacted the credit card company and filed another complaint against TrySensa. The second complaint is still being investigated. The bottom line is be careful about purchasing infomercial products. Some of these companies are legitimate entrepreneurs, but many are scam artists that have found a legal way to take your money. Purchasing with a credit card does not necessarily protect you.

Sensa Fraud, Perjury, Theft, Slander

I am a top rated power seller on ebay and decided to sell some items made by Intelligent Beauty on ebay. These items included: Sensa, IQ Derma products like SkinTensive, RestorEyes, Firmaceuticals, Life Without Wrinkles, Clear Remedy, idisquise, Cell Defense, Kronos products like Hydresse Shampoo & Conditioner, K-Charge Shampoo & Conditioner, Phxy Overnight Repair Masque, Liquid Theory, and a few other products Intelligent Beauty manufacture. I took pictures of all items so they were images owned by me. Nothing was counterfeit; all items were paid for and sent by either iqderma.com, sensa.com, or glow.com to my home address.

I was selling these products for up to 80% off the retail price that Intelligent Beauty has them valued at. I was the top seller on ebay on these products and sold more than any other ebayer who listed these products. As you can imagine, they were selling fast and my customers were happy.

First came an email on my ebay mail account from an ebayer with a new account, this is what it said:

Hello,

I have contacted several of the companies whose products you
sell to verify these are authentic products before I make a
purchase. I was informed that the products are sold directly on
their websites only, and there are no other outlets of
distribution.

If the products you sell are indeed authentic, where do you get
these items?

Regards

I thought this was a weird email, especially since the ebayer just got a new account the day he emailed me. And he did not ask about any specific product as I sell many products from many manufactures.
I politely told him that every item I sold was 100% authentic and that ebayers sale their item at a discount because they buy them for a discount. To disclose where I bought my items would mean that he could turn around and start selling the same items as me and any good ebayer does not give out secrets like that or else they would be out of business. I told him if he didn’t feel comfortable buying from me, he shouldn’t. I then blocked him because I didn’t feel confident entering into a transaction with him.

The very next day I got an email on my yahoo account from a guy claiming to represent some of the companies whose products I am selling on ebay. When I emailed the person on ebay, it allowed him to have my personal email address since I never block that from my bidders as I try to make it easy for them to communicate. Now this person was able to have my IP address by emailing me through yahoo.
In this email he never did tell me which companies he represented but informed me to take off my auctions while insulting me saying my auctions were unprofessional because I took my own pictures. He said that I was an unauthorized reseller and if my auctions did not come down, they would be forced to take legal action against me. I had hundreds of auctions up! How was I to know which auctions he wanted me to take down? It sounded like a very generic email because of this and I suspect it was sent to other people.

This terrified me but at the same time confused me. Isn’t 99% of the items on ebay being sold by unauthorized dealers? Do I really need to ask Levi for permission to re-sell my used jeans? It didn’t make sense so I contacted a lawyer. He told me that what I was doing was NOT illegal as long as my items were not counterfeit. Since I have never sold anything counterfeit and had receipts from all my brand new products listed, I kept up my auctions and contacted ebay about both harassing emails and kept selling my products. I assumed that maybe it was a ebay competitor trying to make sure I was no longer the top seller of the products I sold since many items I list below my ebay competition as well.

A month later and less than a week before Thanksgiving:

I got an email from ebay informing me that my Sensa auctions were taken off and I now had a strike against my account for selling counterfeit items. I immediately called ebay. The guy on the phone was very nice but seemed to not know anything about what he was doing. He informed me that ebay was contacted by Intelligent Beauty to take off those items. I told him that I had proof they were real, receipts, credit card charges, delivery conformation numbers from sensa.com proving these items were authentic. He told me that ebay is not equipped in verifying if an item is authentic or not. They just follow what the VERO (Verified Rights Owner) tells them to do. I told him about the emails, and I asked him if ebay requires me to be an authorized dealer as I know this is why my auctions were really being taken off. He said that it is a good idea to check with the manufacture of everything you sell to see if it is ok. I told him that people sell used items on ebay all the time for just a few dollars, if they were going to spend the time and resources to do that, no one would sell on ebay. If I own it, I should be able to sell it! If not, then thrift stores, second hand stores, flea markets and yardsales would not exist. He told me he was sorry but there was nothing else he could do and I should ask the manufactures of all items in my store if it was ok to list them on ebay! I asked to talk to his manager. He told me his manager couldn’t do anything for me either because it was the computer who did this and they can’t change the computer. So I figured I would just write off Sensa and asked if he could check if they had issues with my other auctions. I read him off the names Kronos and IQ Derma and he said that both brands were ok to sell and that Intelligent Beauty didn’t file saying they had any problems with those auctions. So I got off the phone and left up my other auctions.
Less than 1 hour later all my Kronos and IQ Derma auctions got taken off and I was given notice by ebay that my account had be suspended for 7 days! All ebayers know that the best time to have auctions up is Black Friday (The day after Thanksgiving.) Ebay took away my ability to sell anything on this day, while still charging me for the price of the auctions they took down, the monthly price of my store, and the price of all my other auctions that I could no longer sell from. To add insult to injury, they took away my Powerseller status that I had JUST been given and which took me two years to earn! This also took away a 20% discount that I was given when I entered the Powerseller program. Ebay profits more when I lose my powerseller status, thus ebay profited from Intelligent Beauty taking off my auctions. Sounds like a MAJOR conflict of interest. This week I lost thousands of dollars!

So I took some time doing some research since I had 7 incredibly frustrating days off. I learned that Intelligent Beauty has to sign a legal document with ebay and if they know what they say is untrue, they are legally committing perjury. They agree to this when they enter the VERO program and file any document with ebay to close down an auction. They electronically signed this document and lied about me with the knowledge they were doing so. They know my IP address, they know I placed orders with them. They know all about my transactions. It wasn’t a problem until I started to make money.
Also ebay required me to do a little test to make sure I learn what I could or could not sell on ebay. It was a total insult as it was something I already knew as a seasoned ebayer, and every answer confirmed I did NOTHING against ebay policy. The questions were simple and stupid and I had to complete the test in order to sale on ebay again. My 7 days off also provided me with proof of this as I searched ebay rules and found no rules that I could have possibly broken.

I stopped selling IQ Derma, Kronos, and Sensa products for a while. But once ebay won the suit against Tiffany & Co which said that ebay was under no legal obligation to verify if items sold on ebay were counterfeit or not since ebay does not have the resources to verify such things. I decided to watch and see if other people started to sell Intelligent Beauty items again. They did, and Intelligent Beauty did not take them down it seemed. So I listed a few items as now ebay had no legal excuse to take these items down and I have 100% proof all these items are authentic.

All my auctions got taken down again, my account got suspended for 30 days this time! All my emails from ebay were just a few of the same emails over and over again but with different customer service people names as the sender. My emails to them were detailed, offered ways in providing proof of authenticity, and provided a look at the company who had made these accusations about me as Intelligent Beauty is known for their trial offer scams. Same generic email from ebay over and over with ebay urging me to contact Intelligent Beauty and asking them to say it was ok to list these things. Obviously ebay rarely answers your emails by typing a response. I think they have just a click and paste button available to them! There is no legal justification for ebay taking off these auctions. There are no rules published by them that I have broken. What ebay did was unjustified, illegal, and hurtful! Also my emails to Intelligent Beauty never got a response, but that was obviously expected.

So, since ebay is my ONLY source of income, I could not live for 30 days without selling anything. So in the mean time I used my boyfriends ebay account and sold on there. If he didn’t have an account, I seriously would have had no way to pay bills, rent, anything. Ebay and Intelligent Beauty could have literally put me and my disabled mother on the street with their lies!
After my 30 days of being grounded were up, I was forced to take the stupid little test again and got my account back.

I finally got my Powerseller status back after 6 months of having to wait for something that was always mine to begin with, and just recently I got a Top Rated Seller badge since all my stars are 4.9 or higher and in 4 years I still don’t have one negative feedback and never once had a paypal claim filed against me. Ebay has made thousands off of me, and they still side with a company whom I can prove is committing perjury against me and defamation of character since each time they took down my auctions ebay informed my buyers that I was not following ebay rules which is a complete and utter lie and ended up costing me business.
I am upset at Intelligent Beauty for their abusive and illegal actions taken against me, but I am even more upset and hurt by ebay for going along with it and profiting off what Intelligent Beauty has done to me. I am the customer of ebay, where is my protection? Where is someone that will stand up for me and provide me the services promised? Ebay continues to make sellers jump through hoops to make money on ebay, but at the same time their fees go up and their customer appreciation, and safe ebay selling environment continues to go down. This is a place where people go to make money to feed and clothe their families. Ebay is threatening to take this away by punishing us with unpublished rules, poor customer service, and outrageous selling fees. Ebay now only wants big business; this is obvious in not only their payment structure, but in their rules, and promotions. Ebay is not the ebay I loved when I first started selling years ago. I have lost thousands because of both ebay and Intelligent Beauty. This type of abuse from ebay needs to stop! If this has happened to anyone else on ebay either in partner with Intelligent Beauty or any other company, please email me because I would love to hear your story!

I am going through the same thing right now except I was told my account was deactivated!. eBay is being ridiculous and are being one sided about this. They won't listen to me and are believing Intelligent Beauty about me selling counterfeits. They aren't counterfeits and this is really hurting my income. Any recommendations on how to get my account back?

Sensa Deceptive Business Practices

Sensa offered a free product. But it was anything but free. We refused the package at the United States Post Office. It is not the policy of the U.S.P.O. to provide a receipt but they returned the package no questions asked. I tried to get a hold of Sensa but I got a repeated message that did not allow me to talk to any human or I was put on hold and never got to talk to anyone. We kept getting packages of product which we refused at the Post Office. We did not realize at first that Sensa was charging American Express because they had their product back but then we noticed constant billing on our American Express. We fought the billing and had one payment returned but Sensa is still billing our American Express $197.44. Sensa is saying they got the products back beyond a certain date and feel they can continue to charge for returned products. Sensa acknowledges that they do have the products. Our contention with them is that they got those products back immediatly because the box was refused at the Post Office. We have fought Sensa also by going through the BBB but also to no avail. BBB seems to be more interested in protecting underhanded business practices than protecting consumers. Sensa can lie about what has happened because the Post Office does not provide any information that shows a return date. Sensa has their products back and they can sell them to some other poor sucker. I find their business practice unethical and unscrupulous. After reading a number of complaints from your web site I see that that Sensa has taken advantage of countless victims. They need to return stolen funds and stop their practice of bait and switch. Do not offer a free sample and then charge for the sample and then automatically start sending one product after another without having the customer order the product. Putting unsrupulous details of a companies underhanded practices in fine print demonstrates an agenda of taking advantage of potential customers. There needs to be a class action suit against Sensa but because Sensa knows that most people are unfamiliar with the legal system and the costs to attain a lawyer Sensa wins once again and continues to take advantage of people. An offer of a free product should be free and unless a potential cutomer contacts the company to order more products this should not be an open invitation for a company to continue to send one product after another endlessly. Sensa should have their business license revoked and they should be put out of business.

Beware of their poor billing practices. I got the 30 day trial. Had no problem paying for the product that I received. The product did nothing for me, so I cancelled, no problem there. However, my credit card number had expired before they took the final payment that they were due. They did not try to take the payment until months after they were suppose to take the payment or my credit card number would still have been good. They never notified me to give me a chance to supply my new credit card number. Instead they turned it over to a collection agency.

Jan 24: I signed up at TrySensa.com for a "free trial" of their weight loss product.
There policy is you have 30 days to try it, if you don't like it, go online and cancel your membership, they issue and RMA # and you send back any unused portion. If you don't, you automatically get the next shipment and they charge your card $89.95.
Feb 23: the product made me nauseous, so I filled out the form, got my RMA, and (Mar 10) went to the post office and mailed it back in a medium sized envelope. They said they must receive it by March 23.
May 24: I get a call from a Collection agency claiming I owe Sensa $89.95 because they never received my return. They give me the Sensa phone # and I call them.
After about 30 minutes of arguing with the rep, she tells me they have no record of my return and I have to take it up with the collection agency, and there is nothing they can do. I ask them what on earth the collection agency could do, and she basically told me "that's for you to figure out" She then proceeds to "forward" my call to the collection agency, which ends up being the number for a tavern
All I have for proof I sent it is a Paypal transaction (i used my Paypal debit card at the post office) for USPS, but it doesn't have any details of what was sent or who it was sent to. The only other issue is I may have forgotten to put the RMA# on the envelope. Though it was addressed with my name.

Sensa has bad business practices and they know it. I have a master's degree and am working on a Ph.D. and was still scammed by them. A free trial offer should be just that a FREE TRIAL OFFER. If they were not scammers, they would write, "This is an $89.95 offer with a money back guarantee." But they don't do this because they want to cheat people out of money who have in the past dealt with reputable companies. Sensa should be ashamed.

Sensa Charged $89.00 /unauthorized

I was sent a box of product I didn't order. I thought I was receiving a few samples to try(4.95). I didn't open the box. In the box, they tell you, you be will be charged $89.00, it was too late to cancel then.

When I realized I had been charged, my bank informed me, they had
been paid. Also I was charged $36.00 by the bank because the funds were not in my account.

This is a scam! I want my money back. What can I do?
