My first complaint was meant for scoresense.com. I would also like to request my refund personally, since I couldn't get any progress with your csr. If you continue to deny my request then I will be forced to take further actions. I have no problem filing a claim against your company.

they have been pulling money out of my account for months and wont send my money back and tells me i have to pay them to get my money back. i will never do business they are not a good company i am contacting my attorney.

scorescene had a unatherized taken 29.95 out of my acount i called to try to have it refunded to me and it was denied so i called again and still havent got a refund isnt that the same thing as fraud

This has happened to us also. They took 269.00 from my account. I never signed up for there services. Don't know who they are till I seen the charge on my bank statement and then called them. They refused to give all our money back. So I made a complaint with IC3.gov and with our bank. My next step is with my local police department to file fraud charges.

I just found charged 29.95 from Scoresense.com for "31 months", I don't really know why they can charged my credit card without my authorization, I'm stupid i don't check detail from my statement, but why a company can charge me every months without any notification from them? Where is my report?I don't really know who is scoresense til now. Base on someone point of view we are stupid, but why if I paid for service and scoresense doesn't mail or email me for anything in order to notify me that i am still in service. I will file a complaint to BBB and I need my money back. Every month my credit card company with provide my credit score for free, and why a scam company can operate till now.

I just found another $29.95 charge from ScoreSense. I tried to cancel in January and they convinced me to stay. They gave me
February free and then stated that I would only be charged 3.95 a month but here is another 29.95 charge!

We have been unauthorized charged $29.95 from Score Sense, we would appreciate the refund of that amount. Since we did not asked for the credit reports. We will let the bank know, that you have charged us for something we did not request! Looking for the refund of $29.95!

I too have also been charged this unauthorized $29.95! SCORESENSE, YOU NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY NOW AND THE I WILL REPORT YOU WITH THE BBB AND ANY OTHER COMPANIES I CAN REPORT YOU TOO. YOU NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY NOW AND YOU NEED TO PROVE TO ME THAT YOU HAVE DELETED AND DESTROYED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MY CARD INFORMATION. Same company! Score-sense need's attn. ASAP! FRAUD-swiped my $, w/out my AUTHORIZATION! I will go to the extreme-for my hard-earned money as well! I demand my refund ASAP! It's my money! TAKEN fraudulently! This must stop! Please contact an attorney!
