Schmidhauser Electrical Bad service, liar, coward, incomplete work done, charging for work not done,

SchmithauserElectrical gave me a quote in Demceber 2015, I then asked if they could still do at same price in August 2016 which they agreed to stating they would do the job that week, a week later they attended the house and did nothing however returned stating there would be further work needed for a COC and would do the initial invoice work and any extras for the COC capping total for extras as total of 9k. They proceeded to the house to do the work weeks later. I then received a further invoice for r1279 for the original invoice which they agreed to doing at the same price. After this they sent me a further invoice for about 19k for more work that needed to be done for a COC. I then noticed that there were various items on the second further invoice which were also on the first invoice and should have already have been done so basically they are charging me twice for the same things. They also reqired the gate motor incorrectly as they took it upn themselves to rewire to the cottage and not where it originally came from being the main house which I complained about and they refused to rectify stating they took it upon themselves to do the cheaper route without asking my permission The owner Dean black then lied stating my tenants told his staff to wire it to the cottage which i have proof in an email from owner dean stating they did it to save money. Anyway after one month they still refused to rectify the main gate cable to the correct place, they refuse to re-tar the driveway which they dug up in order to lay the cable and are still sending me accounts for extra work when they havent even finished the original work Dean Black is a rouge, he is a liar and has basically stolen my money under false pretences as I paid the invoice in full up front and he now is not completing the job, which is also in my opinion fraud

Schmidhauser Electrical Incomplete service and really bad attitude

- I called Schmidhauser out to my house. We had a problem with the earth leakage and I asked them to look at light fixtures in my bedroom and let me know what the problem was.
- They fixed the leakage problem and diagnosed the light fixture (something had to be replaced).
- They took the light fixture with them, promised to call back with quote the following day and come fix the light. This didn't happen of course.
- Then I get sent an invoice. My husband and I refuse to pay as the service is incomplete.
- We then get sent a quote for the light fixture.
- We asked for a break down. i.e how much is the labour and cost of light fixture separately. This was not done.
- Then the phone calls and harrasment start. We were told to pay the invoice as our helper signed the work off. I explained that I did not authorise her to do that but of course that's too hard for them to understand.
- So my husband and I have been subjected to threats to be taken to lawyers and blacklisting. People shouting at us, dropping the phone on us and just being plain rude.
All we want is to know the price of the fixtures and for them to come complete the Job.
