I have gotten these emails before, as I am sure many have, but I only recently looked into it. My story is the same as millions of others: I lost my job and am basically doing whatever I can to make ends meet. Things are coming to the breaking point now and I am finding myself at a point I never thought I would be - almost broke and near desperation. So I received another email from this Jennifer Johnson about working at home and making BIG money by posting products on ebay for large Fortune 500 companies and thought I might give it a try. After almost signing into the whole scam, I thought I should be a bit more educated. I am a skeptical person by nature and never allow anyone to pull the wool over my eyes. So after grounding myself and, frankly, after pulling my head out of my a$$, I did a little research. In these desperate times, it sickens me see and hear of these kinds of things happening. I felt compelled to make sure no other person would fall victim to this. Here is an excerpt of a blog/posting I found regarding Jennifer Johnson and her "legitimate" work at home business:

Jennifer Johnson isn`t her real name; they slipped and mentioned it in the FAQ section: Emily Thomas. BBB: look for yourselves: http://www.bbb.org/us/Find-Business-Reviews/#middle-result " Based on BBB files, this business has a BBB Rating of F Click here for an explanation of BBB Ratings. * Reasons for this rating include:BBB concerns with the industry in which theis business operates * Length of time business has been operating * Number of complaints filed against business * BBB does not have sufficient background information on this business" Goodness knows, I`m not defending her, her original-named company (versus the "Doing Business As" or DBAs, or that auction listing gig. But the organization under any name isn`t listed with the BBB; no business is required to request listing, and that`s acknowledged by the BBB, above, on their website. Personally, I doubted this program; I`ve worked internet commerce of my own for years (thankfully, I`m honest about mine), but since there was a full money-back guarantee, I signed up for this as a test, with me attorney sitting with me. I called their CSD and complained about the lesson-3-to-lesson 4 lock out, and Francie told me there was too much abuse with emailed "success" or access codes, so they had to start mailing them. (Of course, that was allegedly nine years ago.) To date, my "package" hasn`t been shipped with no indication of when it will be beyond her "...maybe today or tomorrow, " or how it`s being shipped, therefore, no arrival date projected. I asked quite specifically about the "up to $5 per listing" blatantly promised in the promotional material versus the FAQ section entries, to whit, #1 and #20. There IS an out-of-pocket expense, because you have to pay the wholesale before you get paid the gross buyer-paid amount, AND it`s not per listing: It`s whatever profit you might make off the auction--after wholesale, S/H, eBay and PayPal fees. You don`t get paid within "24-48 hours" unless you have an one-day auction. (Ever worked eBay? One-day auctions aren`t successful unless you have a very successful pre-auction marketing blitz telling everyone to `buy on this day for a special discount.` Those pre-advertised sales work but only if you have a wide target audience already lined up to read your advertising.) Francie finally contacted her supervisor, Dan, and he rebelled for over 30 minutes, towing the company line before he acknowledged the payment scheme difference. (The CSR, Francie, once I got her to read on the email and in the FAQ section, agreed with me completely.) Dan finally admitted there IS no per-listing pay, that there IS an out-of-pocket expense before you get your PayPal funds released (normal procedure for PayPal on any drop shipping arrangement.) And to get those admissions, I had to stress that I`ve worked with both eBay AND PayPal for six years, that what they were saying was pure BS. My attorney is waiting with bated breath to see how long this "package" takes to arrive and me to review it. I`m already leaning toward additional action against Emily Thomas, aka, Jennifer Johnson, and ALME, aka NSA Technologies, LLC. Both Francie and Dan have admitted to what amounts to fraudulent advertising. Are we having fun yet? Grrr... --JC Ryan, Ryan Diversified Enterprises, LLC

Please beware! This is a huge scam that continues to be disguised as legit and honest. It supposedly has been seen on MSNBC, CNN, abc, and a whole host of other reputable networks. Don't believe or buy into it! Do your homework! Many others have lost and I am glad I saw the light before losing myself! Follow in my/our footsteps and stay far away from this scam! These people should be arrested and prosecuted! What's the difference between them and Madoff or any of these other pieces of dog [censored]?!

There are many people out there who have already fallen vicitm to this and lost their money in a time where there is almost none to go around. Please don't be the next!

To Jonny and zurita:

I am sorry to say that you will probably never see that money again - at least not without a long, nasty, drawn-out fight. I have heard of a few people getting the refund, but not without multiple phone calls, letters, complaints to the BBB, and even threats of legal action. What makes this whole thing more difficult is that there is no company name, no address, and no phone number. They are not in the business of giving refunds. What you will be given in an attempt to make it look legit is argumentative "persuasion" that this is a great opportunity that you should not pass up. You will be given phony names, addresses, and phone numbers - like has already happened with you, Jonny - in an attempt to tire you of the fight leaving them with your money. You will be redirected to multiple other people and maybe even contacted by random people, but you will not get your money back.

Again: THIS IS A SCAM! PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS DISGUSTING GROUP OF SWINDLERS! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Thank goodness I did enough research to find the truth about this ad. I AM NOT going to bother with this company. I have better things to do with my time than make dozens of calls to get a refund that may or may not happen.

You will probably lose your money. Jennifer Johnson is a front name - as is Emily Thompson and Elizabeth jackson - for a telemarketing company selling the Data Entry or Auctions Listing Agent programs. The company sells a course on how to work with Ebay. Posting their items on Ebay will cost money. You also can expect a call from a "coach" who promises to take your business to the next level. Although the sales person says it won't cost anything, believe me it will. He may use terms like OPM - Other People's Money. What that means is you will be asked to rack up charges on your credit with the promise that you will be in profit by the time your credit card bill comes in. This telemarketing company sells about 5, 000 of these work at home programs each week. So how much one-on-one coaching can they do? DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO the data entry, home listings agent, auction listing agent and home employment agency ads.

I have worked as customer support for the auction listing agency program there customer support is based in san marcos texas 78666 that is not the corporate office to my knowledge I never was told where the corporate office was! Elizabeth Jackson or Jennifer Johnson are not actual people just someone they made up and as for the reps working for the auction listing agency program we are pretty much told without being told to LIE. We never told customers actual information and the website is so misleading which is why we always had to issue refunds! Because I tried to be truthful to customers i got fired from my job! after 2 day training! and working on the phones for a day! If you really want to complain about someone that is associated to this program complain about sheiff services they are the ones who work for this company and who have reps lying to there customers! I am going to complain to the BBB about this company and how they are to there customers and employees! hope this worked and if u need to contact me about this program I WILL REALLY tell you what it's all about

Hello everyone, I'm not sure where to start.. I didn't exactly get scammed by Jennifer Johnson or whoever the hell this person is.. What's happening is that a few weeks ago I started receiving emails from this person and each time I have unsubscribed, I'm still receiving these emails... I have removed myself from their mailing list although I've never enlisted in their mailing list in the first place ; I have also unsubscribed from their partners mailing list again I'm still being harassed by these ### sucking parasites.. I've written 4 emails and in each one I have asked them to cease with the emails but again nothing... I'm fed up! today I received another email and again I unsubscribed.. I did a little research while I was unsubscribing; I read on their unsubscriprion page that you may make little to No Money with their home business which was the first clue to me.. I want to know how do I get them to STOP with the bombarding emails? I told them I was going to report them and tell people about them on the complaint boards... What do I have to do to make them cease?

Thank YOU I almost spent that money. And I too are very sceptical. YOU just saved me $197 also. WHO can we trust ? WE are ALL very hard working people, and are all just trying to get ahead? So we all just remain weary of ALL these work from home scams. There must be some legitimate one's out there somewhere? But I have not found one yet. As I get older, and can not get another job, because of my age, I will have sit at home with no income at all? But that is not what I want, I want to enjoy the rest of my life, and live comfortably. If anyone knows of a legitimate work from home job. please let me know. Like all of us I too need to supliment my income.

This program is not for everyone. By all means, if you are not interested in signing up with this program, don't sign up. Additionally, because our program is not a scam and we stand behind our product, we provide a 90 day refund policy so that even after signing up, if an individual deems it not to be what they are looking for, they can be refunded their purchase.
