I had booking for 18/06/2011 from Jeddah to London for my wife and myself. On Saturday, 11/06/2011, I called your airline services and told them to change the date of my travel from 18/06/2011 to 25/07/2011 and did not mention my wife's change of travelling dates.
All I realised that your staff had changed the dates for both of us (me and my wife). I only mentioned myself. Why did your staff changed both of our travelling dates.
Please, put my wife's date of travel back to 18/06/2011 immediately and today. The Booking Ref. Number for my wife's ticket is YPEOPB

Dear Sir.
There must be facilities for Cancellation of Ticket or Changes of travelling dates ON LINE as we are booking on line ticket. You cannot go to Saudia Office personally and stand in queue for Change of Dates and when our number comes, the attendant shouts at us to go Change the dates on line as you have not purchase the ticket from us. Come tomorrow, wait for 1 hour, Shouting and Abuses etc.etc. we are facing at Saudi Office. Hence, Sir, Please make provision to Change the dates ON LINE.

We had reserved an e-ticket for my wife LATCHOUMANINDEVY MAIDLY from pairs to Chennai SV 144 on 4th July and return from Chennai to pairs SV 796 through ATLANTA TRAVELS, 21 rue perdonnet, 75010 Paris.
