I purchased a reloadit pack to upload to a netspend card. When I went to upload it, I was unable to do so. After several hours on the phone with reloadit and netspend, I finally determined the problem was with reloadit. They put in a ticket and said they would get back to me in 2 business days. When I called back I was told that someone had uploaded my reloadit pack to a paypower company. Since the only people with the number were the 4 people I spoke with at reloadit and myself, it is clear if there is a problem it must be inside. They refuse to return the money I paid and said to file police report. I will. Against them for stealing.

I purchased a reloadit card at Office depot loaded it for $496. I was unable to transfer my money out of the reloadit vault. I waited days for my prepaid cards t be approved to load got the run around for days before calling in to request a refund. Its been weeks and I have not received a check in the mail/ This company is definitely a scam.

reloadit.com. They allow you access to it the first time and then they log you out and blame it on their computer system. There a scam I would not recommend using them anymore.

I am contacting a class action attorney next week. I have been waiting over 3 months for refund from Reloadit. I've gotten excuses, promises and apologies BUT no refund. This company has been doing the same scam for over 10 years and needs to be stopped. If anyone is interested in being a party to this filing feel free to contact me at nooskie1@gmail.com I'm trying to show they have long term deceptive practices at their company. Check out their director/treasurer Joan B. Locke that has 4 million a year salary. I guess that's why they ripping off the customers. Thank you.

I went to the store and bought a reloadit card so my son can buy his asthma mess. And first I was told I had to go online to to register my pack then I still had to customer Service and then tell tell me I had to wait four hours too verify my card. Not at one time did they print this on there package or did there store inform me of this issue. I am filing a compliant with the ag's office

SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT! RELOADIT SCAMS!

See photo and fb message below. This lady works with a thief that is employed by reloadit. Makes claims on you behalf and has a cs representative call you to get the info and they take your money. Apparently they work for this company and know the ins and out. Don't be a victim to this nonsense!

I quit using my Reloadit safe because EVERY time you LOAD money into their "safe"... NO PROBLEM. The trouble starts ONLY when you try to load money OUT of the safe. Now you have to wait...and wait...and wait...with ZERO customer service and NEVER any idea when you will be able to access YOUR money. There are plenty of stores in every town where you take your card, hand them your money and walk out...money already loaded and accessable for whatever you need. Please EVERYONE, STOP using their scam cards. It may be okay this time or that time, but you WILL run into not being able to access your money at a critical time and it will cost you.

I purchased a Reloadit card to add funds to a VISA PayPower Travel Card. You must create a "SAFE" on the Reloadit website and they state they are sending a validation email. The email never comes so the SAFE is never validated and funds cannot be transferred. I have tried several times and called their customer support. They say their system is undergoing maintenance but eventually honed up to a problem with the validation emails and others and they are trying to upgrade. I asked why they are developing a new system live instead of rolling back to the last operational system and develop offline. Of course the CS person would not know that answer but their IT is very deficient. Of course my comment is giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are honest and simply greatly inept at their job.

Yes Reloadit is scummy. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a refund of $450 that was promised. They use a call center with people who don't know what they are doing. Then when you get switched over to Blackhawk-the real company, you get false promises. I have done something. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Federal consumer Protection Agency. Both agencies accepted the complaint and are investigating.

Two weeks ago I bought two reloadit packs $500.00 each to deposit to my netspend card and was directed to open an online safe. I went to the site and did so. I deposited the funds in the online safe and applied my netspend card so it could be loaded with the funds. I was told that I had to wait 4 hours to load the added card. I did so and then when I went to load the funds to the card there was a message indicating that I was trying to use a different "device' to access my safe. That was not true. It was my work computer and I used no different device. Eventually I was able to load the one card but not the other. The safe was permanently locked down and I was told on April 3, 2015 that it would take a month for Reloadit to send me a check. Yesterday I checked on the situation and they said I had not provided documentation such as a copy of the reloadit pack, receipts and drivers license. I did so and now I have to wait for those to be reviewed. I am not given assurance I will get my money back and I think I should file a police report

This has happened to me recently also in Eugene, Oregon. Someone please get to the bottom of this before others lose money.
