Dear Sir,
My wife has submitted her passport for addition of my name in her passport the first time in the last week of January, 2008 and was issued a passport adding my name with in a week. In the application my name was spelt wrong and the passport was issued according to the spelling mentioned in the application, which I accept is her mistake.
Again she submitted the passport on 8/02/20008, enclosing all the necessary documents and even paid the fee.
Since then we are trying to call on all the telephone numbers mentioned on the website of the RPO, Hyderabad and even sent emails to the RPO, Hyderabad and the Chief Passport Officer, New Delhi but, to no avail.
I would ask the RPO, Hyderabad when you are not interested in addressing to public enquiries, why you publicize the email and telephone numbers. And even declare the time period for each of the services.
The file # is M001436. Please reply to my enquiry and let me know when is that she is going to receive her passport after completion of the service requested.
