I agree with all of these complaints.. I was involved in an accident back in january of this year and up to now Pronto hasnt paid for anything. Their insured was at fault, and they refuse to pay my insurance company back. After trying to get them to cut me a check ( which was a rip off ) I was forced to file a claim with my insurance, now they are fighting to get it back because this lame company cant do their job right and they dont want to pay. Everyone beware of this insurance company, they do not have good service at all, and everything these customers are saying is very true! Pronto people you all need to have trained professionals and dont be surprised if you all get sued! Also I dont see how your company can have the money to pay for all these cheesy commercials and stupod billboards. You all suck!

This is the company that AllState talks about and dont call out there name

Pronto a cut rate company, . I am suing one of their clients now who hit me in the back and pronto refuses to pay. Beware cheap is not always better. The client is paying thier premiuns and still get sued.

Pronto Insurance is trying to get out of paying my claim against their insured who was at fault. Pronto said since they are not about to get in touch with their policy holder (which I doubt), they have closed my claim and denied any payment or responsibility for the accident. The police report clearly shows their policy holder was a fault for failure to yield right of way. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Board of Insurance against Pronto.

OMG I can understand what anyone is going through when dealing with Pronto (second rate insurance) company. We had some damage done to our car, and because we called and made the claim beofre 7 am we got there answering servce. In return the message was not given to Pronto claims. Once we got that taken care of they told us it would take two days for a claim adjuster to be out. 4 days past and called Pronto back and they still didnt have any info on our claim. Then we were told we didnt have insurance of the time of the accident. OMG, huh yeah we did. Then they try to say our renewal caused a laps. UMMM our truck was damage 2 days before our renewal was due, and we have auto renewal. Then they said we kept change =ing the date of the damage. Hello dumbos you have the police report, we faxed 4 times and emailed it to you twice. We only got a little forward when we had our lawyer step in. It amazing that we had to sue Pronto insurance to get our 134.91 for our windows and 400 repart to a door. which we havent seen yet but have written a letter to the State Insurance Board and included all court documents to support our claim. They are so bad the company who does the insurance Underwritting for them was fighting with them. BUYER BEWARE PRONTO INSURANCE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. AND WILL TRY AND GET OUT OF PAYING ANY CLAIM.
