lvmt.com review: fees refund

i got admission for the course Accounting and Finance(CIMA) in lvmt bussiness school in 2006 ..and i was paid full fee for one year. but unfortunately UK embassy refuse my visa.after it i apply for refund but lvmt didn't give me positive response and was linger my refund case.i have the mail proof of Mr sunny ahonsi CEO of the lvmt business school.given below is a email of Mr sunny ahonsi ceo of lvmt school.
