This is the first shop I've ever been. When I first came, I wanted to do scalp treatment (which includes scalp peeling, roller and o2 jet).
4 o2 jet + 10 scalp peeling + micro needling roller costs me sgd1000. Eventually they promoted their facial programme so i paid for it and they performed facial cleaning. Sometimes they used 2x facial treatment to perform a more expensive sessions. Therefore 10x facial became 8x for just a treatment. I felt cheated. Today I booked 2 slots for my couple and I for hair treatment only, upon arrival they claimed that we wanted facial treatment only. That made me so mad. So no choice we compromised with them. Before leaving, she insisted on bugging me on their promotion packages. I rejected numerous times but she still insist to continue. So I made a booking for my next visit and her temper rose. She sounded mad and with a high tone asking me to leave. That's how they treat their customer. I wouldn't sign up for any new packages with them in future.

If their products and services can improve my husband's hair loss condition i don't mind paying. I paid sgd2k++ already and attended 7months treatment but no results were seen. My husband hair still oily and kept dropping. The sales person ensured us that they will monitor his hair condition. However after 7 months, no follow-up and no scanning of hair scalp. What kind of service is this? Frustrated.

I am left with 2 times treatment now and I hope they would just let me go after I had my treatments. Now that they have a new branch nearby this one at StarHub Centre, I hope you are able to complete your current treatment and get off with it.

Hey guys, I've finally cinconsisteninconsistent the scalp treatment from them and rejected to top up on any packages they offered. When I went in for the last treatment they kept asking me to top up. Every 15minutes in one hour I will see the sales person's face. It was never a relaxing experience. Her excuse for those explanation was because Im still a member of Prestious Solution so I get discount bla bla bla... who cares bout your inconsistant offer btw :)

I totally agree with all the negative comments here and wished I'd read all these before I signed. This is one of the WORST beauty company ard. I started using them due to a free trial and signed up a 10-sessions package as their non-invasive facial felt better than the traditional ones. Every session without fail, they will ask u to top up or to utilise 2 sessions for something better. Barely using more than 4 sessions, they asked me to try a treatment called "cupping" and then forced me to buy another package, by selling me that the "cupping" is a session which can be used separately which means I'm actually buying 30 sessions of different treatment. Immediately aft payment, the consultant recorded the treatment sessions as 20 only and told me they will put the cupping session together with facial as that's the usual practice. Felt cheated! Also beware that they always SCREWED UP your appointments and will NEVER apologise despite it being their fault! Very LOUSY service!

I would also like to share my experience with everyone. One of Prestious Solutions' agents called me and inform me that I am entitled to receive ONE FREE birthday treatment (facial, hair and scalp or body treatment). She said that it is totally free because its their way of saying A Happy birthday to their valued customers. So, today I went to utilize it however, as usual before you can proceed to the free treatment, they will do their hard selling and convince you to have this and that...
But I told the consultant that I don't want anything except for that birthday treat and advised her that I still have 8 remaining sessions that I haven't used. To cut the story short, we have agreed that I will only utilize the FREE birthday facial treatment without deducting any points from my package...After the facial treatment, their senior consultant asked me to go to the room and I was teasing her to stop selling as I wont buy anymore since I want to finish the 8 remaining sessions this year. To my surprise, she's asking me to sign that I have used one of my package. I'm so disappointed and told her "Please don't FOOL your customer!" I am not happy with you're doing! Then, she put ZERO (0) in #7 but still ask me to sign and told me that it's just to acknowledge that I receive the birthday gift. She also write that I have received ROSY treatment in #9 (which I NEVER sign for it during that time). I believe I am being cheated and I feel sorry for myself that I have to go back to them to finish my package. I appeal to the management of Prestious Solutions to investigate and check the honesty and attitude of their staff. I'm really not happy with the way they treat customers.

Beware of them. They hard sell you like nobody business! I keep saying no to them and they just pestered you to take up their packages. Lookout for one of them name Alice. Sneaky and sly fellow. Trying to be concern and care for you. She often said "to be honest, blah blah blah." if not for their insincere hard selling, i would have taken up the package.

Got cheated into buying a package - even then, they hard sell "new products" or "special price" EVERY MONTH. They don't care about their customers, but about the sales. If you stand strong and refuse to buy, they'll show you a black face and terrible attitude.
Beware - they'll use all sorts of ways such as complimenting or insulting you, or "being concerned/your friend" to coerce you into buying more packages.

Their sales manager was from modern beauty, carry the same behavior or caring of how to upsell and con money everytime during my visit by saying: "I do this not for the money but just service for existing customer."

She sold me a package for facial peel which I end up having allergy and went to see doctor. When I went back requesting for a change of one item "the peel" which costs 63 dollars itself, she said can't change unless I top up for other items.

She as usual acting like she is helping and not commercial will say, I will give you free this free that. Super disgusting shop.

Have to sue them and let them learn a lesson just to learn ethics.

I visited this facial shop three years back and signed up their package under pressure... cos I was Stil a student back then and felt bad to reject! I still remember how they found all ways just to get u into signing up their package. As I told them that I got no money, they even suggested that I could pay by instalment! How ethical is it to ask a 22yr old student without income to sign for $1000 package? N yes I felt so lousy today how didn't I reject adamantly in their face! Well I guess we learnt fr mistake n indeed I have been more cautious after that lesson.

N today, they called me back for a free trial session at rendezvous hotel branch. Of course I did go to enjoy since its free. To my surprise, the management has not been improved their consultant attitude for d past three years! Unlike the usual beautician tactic where they try to sell during or after treatment, they tried to sell even before the start of my free treatment. After many 'No', the consultant let me go and know what? Thr treatment was so so lousy! Wash n clean my face in less than 5mins, then did r8 in abt 2mins, Thn put on a white mask n left me sleeping. Lol! Of course, knowing that I'm a losing business, why would they invest their time n product on me right?

I just think they are way too realistic and didn't think long term for their business. I mean if they do it nicely n if its effective, we female will sure come back in future right? I guess it has something to do with their compensation scheme which discourage them from treating their non potential clients this way. Felt disheartened by d way they work. Will nevee ever go back again, even if its free.

Have you heard of a $120 facial without even a mask? This shop cannot deliver what they promise! There is always some promotion going on there! Always pressure customers to pay for more sessions by giving their so-called 'free' sessions and when you turn up for the free session and do not top up again, they will just give you a 'half-past six' facial, like they did to my son: a $120 facial without a MASK! Never trust them again! A bunch of cheats, they are! Wonder if their boss know what's going on!

A disappointed and unhappy customer

I bought the micro needling treatment on groupon. The lady kept bugging me to do a facial because my face " looks very bad". I mean that's not the way to treat someone with acne problem especially when it can really hurt a person's feelings. I allowed them to do a facial, and they kept telling me the basic facial I wanted " was not going to help much" so they told me that i needed some foreign vitamin which I knew was a lie. She went on using all these industry terms, trying to sounds smart and all that crap. So i agreed, fine fine, I just want my skin to be better. Then a couple of minutes later they come in to tell me i need to upgrade to a detox mask. This is the third time they have sold me something on my first visit. I said no. Eventually out of " goodwill" they gave it to me for free. The beautician was wonderful though. Later on I signed on a 6 session package with them. Count me stupid. I went the next session and they kept commenting about how bad my face was, so they added on a oxygen mask. So I paid for that and all my other 5 sessions. I told myself no, i will no sign up for anything more. The third time i went, I told myself not to but I realised i spent more time saying no and trying very hard not to get angry that there were so pushy. They probably realised I was getting soooooo annoyed, The manager came in and started doing the rest of the touch up for me, using emotional abuse about how bad my face was and how they just wwant to help me so they're going to throw in stuff. Seriously...I still have three sessions with them which I havent used since 2 years ago and i; so afraid to go back for it. I have started from a basic $80 per facial to now $130 per facial. I;m getting my bf to finish the rest of the package. DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM. If you wanna pay money and feel the pressure and stressed from their aggressive sales pitch, such as luring you to a private room to have a talk to milk your money. Just go, say no and NEVER come back!

Beware of them. My hb receive sms from them for free facial and say he can bring one more partner. So both of us went and both of us were brought into the separated room. Ended up I paid for another $86.50 for enhance treatment. After facial we were brought to the diff room again. I told my consultant I cannot make decision and she say why can't I even make my own decision. So she walk out to ask my hb in. Later mu hb told her we need time to discuss. She walk out of the room and close the door. We decided not to take up. Me and my hb stand up and wanna leave the room the consultant block the door and stop us from leaving ask us to sit down again. Later she brought her manager in. Both of them were very aggressive. They throw on alot of sessions into the package just to convince us to take up. We have no choice so at that moment we were under pressure. We took up. A few days later we decide to small claim them. And we failed. Just to warn everyone here beware of this company. They were the worst facial company ever. Very very pushy!

I agree all the above comments because I am the one same experience as yours. Every time I go for treatment, I cannot relax and calm down cause their beautician keep coming in and said my face needs some kind of treatment blah blah blah. After I finished my treatment, I really scared to go out from the room cause she wait me at outside and keep persuade me to sign new packages or top up. It is not one time but most of the time when I do my treatment. I pray hard to finish my session quickly but if I use so fast it is also not worth it and now I already spent there 6k+++. But I didnt feel my skin is improved and my scalp still oily and hair drop.
SnowyLiu, can I know who is your beautician ? I met one really bad person there.

Very NASTY experience.
1. Bought Groupon for 12 sessions IPL. They told me each session is only 4 "crick" and I need 24 "crick" per session. So turns out I only get 2 sessions, not 12.
2. Kept pushing to sign up package. When I am lying down on the bed, they kept talking and talking to me to sign up. Then at the end, when I wanted to book my second appointment, they kept trying to push a package again and refused to let me book until I hear them out.
DON'T GO THERE!

I wish I had read these comments before purchasing the groupon deal. Terrible service, very pushy and they were rude once they realized we were not going to give into their promotional packages. I could leave a more detailed review, but I think the above comments pretty much summarize the experience. Beware of this place!

Really pushy staff Had to tell them off after they kept pushing their packages. Glad I rejected the packages tho cos after they deducted 5 sessions treatment from groupon to make it 1 session cos my scalp is, according to them, a very serious condition ... My scalp is now worse than before and my hair is super dry

I had some issues with them abt 2years ago and took them to small claims court. Got back some money - not all and have some sessions left. Have not gone back since the first trial session because of the dispute.

I wish I had read these before purchasing the groupon deal and going for it. I'm a victim too. Really can't stand their pressure selling sales tactics. Also realised it's very difficult to find any reviews of this place online other than here and a blog. That's really very weird. They just won't stop bugging me to top up. Argh! So stress during every faci

Bought from groupon deal face IPL 12 sessions for over $100+.
In the end they pressure to use 6 sessions on my 1st session. Meaning I paid $100+ for 2 sessions ( each sessions use 6 sessions worth of shots) cause they claim that my hair is more coarse. AND even ask if i want use all 12 sessions on my 1st session. SO if i only want 1 session WHY WOULD I even buy 12 sessions in the first place. Its a waste of money. Pushy sales tactic and keep asking me to buy facial.package. BEWARE of this company on groupon!

I went to the Oxley branch today to purchase the 5 sessions of scalp treatment from them at $80. I actually missed the Groupon promotion but they told me that they are willing to make an exception and offered me the Groupon promotion. I thought that was a nice gesture from them. When I reached there, the sales consultant told me that my scalp problem is quite serious and I need to opt for the $128/session oxygen treatment instead. I was of course quite apprehensive because $80 for 5 sessions vs $128 for 1 session is a lot of difference. Then, I remember that there are other promotions on Groupon offering the oxygen treatment at much cheaper price, so I did not take up their $128 treatment. The consultant also told me she will not do the $80 for 5 sessions treatment for me as the results would not be as effective. In the end, I wasted my time travelling all the way there. One thing good is that she is not overly pushy in selling when I told her I need to consider. I guess they are aware of the bad reviews they are getting and want to be more cautious.

They are still at it! Never have I ever gotten a scalp treatment with a promise of a wash and blow and having to leave a salon/beauty clinic with my hair so frizzy and afro-like. I was furious and made them know it too. The constant badgering of upgrading etc and telling me how bad my scalp is just reinforces the psychological games they play with just to scare and scam people into buying their ridiculously overprice programs. $380 for a scalp treatment?! You've got to be kidding me right? The chick who did the consultation with me even had the typical speak-quickly-for-fear-that-people-may-understand-that-I-am-cheating-them-off-their-money. Total bollocks. Avoid at all cost!

So am I considered lucky ? I purchased the groupon also but I received very good service at the oxley branch that I went to. The consultant & beautician were very bubbly, professional & explained the steps in details to me . They did recommend something to top up but I rejected. The consultant responded with a smile & told me to consider about it & did not pressure me after that. After the treatment, I was brought to a room & was explained on e promo package which I decided to wait till I finish my 2 treatments. Once again the consultant was still very patient & still with smiles even after explaining so much to me. I felt a bit "pai say" but I like e service so far & will continue if the service will be the same e next 2 rounds. Angel lim

Just went for 1st treatment. Left with heavy and stressful heart. 1st time facial so stressful and cannot enjoy in peace.

Bought a Groupon (for 5 sessions of facial) and scheduled for facial sessions at their Hotel Rendevous.
Extremely pushy sales tactic that is very annoying.

First session decided to purchase their "add-on" treatment call XDL solution @ $250 for 5 sessions. The solution used on my face is pittance... not sure even got 2ml and I don't feel the value!

Consult, I top up their XDL solution which says will help my face.
During V-Neck Treatment, ask me to top up to do the whole face. I refused
During LED treatment, ask me to top up eye massage with mask for $150 5 session. I refused.
During middle of the mask, 15mins, ask me to top up to 10 sessions at $988, give FOC eye massage with mask. I refused.
Then she walked off and say will come back. As I was rushing for time, I asked her to wash the mask away.
At the consult room, she knew I was rushing for time, ask me to top up $988 again. I refused, told her to discuss in another session.
Then she said must submit my purchase today, which is ###. Then she said, use the earlier $250 and offset $988, give me additional discount. I said, let me complete up to treatment 4/5 then discuss.
Then she realised she couldn't squeeze anymore dough from me, she said, top up $250 for another 3 sessions, to make it 8 sessions in total. I refused as well.

NO PEACE IN FACIAL AT THIS OUTLET. JUST TRY TO KEEP SQUEEZING YOU AFTER 1st round of top up.
BUYERS BEWARE. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

BUT I am determine to complete my 5 sessions without further topping up. More expensive for similar treatment than other salon.

I wish I had been warned about their terribly dishonest service. They kept pressurising me to sign up for more packages. When I want to book an appointment, they are always full. BEWARE of this company.

They make lots of promises to fit me in. But their opening hours do not accomodate full time professionals. They open after 11 a.m. and their evening slots are nearly ALWAYS full. I think too many of us have fallen victims and signed up packages. They can't accomodate us and yet they still pressure us with all sorts of promotions. What's the use of paying tens of thousands of dollars for a programme that cannot allow us to use!
