I ordered two dirt bikes but only received one (which had a couple of broken parts). I have tried repeatedly to contact the company by telephone and via email with no response except "we'll check on it". It has been almost two months and I have not received a refund nor the second bike. My experience with this company has been terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone; this company is also known as Deeal, Inc.

They advertise a $219 motor scooter blowout sale on internet, but when open site it does not show ANY scooter at that price. I have emailed them for days about it with no response.

I order this bike for my kid from Powersportmax on December 27, 2019, the came a week later was left on my poach from Fedex which I was to sign for when opening the box the bike was damaged wires all torn away from the bike. I call Powersportmax they sent another bike, I received a week and a day. Fedex call and told me the box was mess up he were to check it and see was it damaged. The fedex man call back and said the bike was ok they delivered the bike the next day we started to put the bike together the front brake arm was broken, the battery box was broke the back wheel would not go back or forward. I call powersportsmax back and we were told we needed a bush for the bike and then we notice battery would not take a charge we were told they were going to send us these parts. keep in mind we got to put all this on a new bike they did not give us anything for our troubles, I order from them four years ago I did not have problem. I do not know if they change ownership or what the problem. This company will never have to worry I will not order from them. I will tell everybody this not good to order from them. They told me I would have to pay to ship their JUNK back to them and I have to pay a restarking fee keep in mind this bike never did nothing.

05/2017 Coolster mini bike front sprocket fell off within one hour of my son riding it. Two weeks later, PowerProMax has not figured out what part is needed. I sent 10 emails including pictures of problem, called 3 times and they are still reviewing. Terrible customer service. Buy elsewhere. I will have to pay a local company to fix it.

WORST COMPANY EVERY over 196 complaints with Better Business Bureau. We bought a 4 wheeler 7 days ago, today they tell us it is sitting on a dock 8 hours from our home and if we want it we have to go get it or pay and additional $200 in shipping to get it to us, we alreay paid $200 shipping, so $400 shipping? NOPE! Then I called their customer service and the rep was the rudest person on the planet. Told me to Google stuff myself and lied to me as well as hung up on me! Thanks to this rip off scheme, my son won't have his birthday gift on time. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I purchased a scooter from Power Sports Max at end of May2015.Since then it has broken down so many times I stopped counting. They sent me some replacement parts but it seems these parts were no good. When I bought it I was under the impression that it was a new Scooter, but now after having to spend close to $400.00 to get it fixed I got taken for ride.I agree with some other people that I have talked to about this company---bad customer service, they don't know much about the products that they sell.I would not buy anything from them again.

I was recently robbed by Powersports max. I purchased the 110cc fo14, for my son for Christmas. As soon as I poured fuel in it, it leaked everywhere. After taking it apart I found the fuel tank, petcock, and nut are all stripped. While taking it apart, I realized half of the nuts or bolts are stripped. I have called 7 times only to leave voice mails. I have jot received a calk back and it has been 3 weeks. I also noticed their website shows a A+ BBB rating. Well if you look on the BBB WEBSITE, they are not even accredited. I'm 2 phone calls away from hoping on a plane to best someone's ###.

I basically wanted the best dirtbike I could get so I got it it came in the mail about 4 months late and when i got it i tried to start it and when i kick started it the whole engine litteraly fell out on my garage floor after i fixed it my rim bent in half then replaced it then i was riding and the bike broke in half litteraly the front forks and everything flew right off while i was riding localy i wasnt hurt so i called them immediately and was telling them what happened and the a$$ holes hung up on me so i went directly to the bank and had the charges reversed on my credit card then 1day after that they called me appolagizing but noly because they found out i had charges reversed so they sent me litterally every new part and i reversed the charges again so my bike was all fixed after i go and buy a few parts my self and they got 0 dollars and i got 15 thousand in parts and the bike so i win and they loose but just to top it off they called me again and again started to apoligize and they sent me a appollo 70cc dirtbike and reversed that charge too so i got 2 dirtbikes and a boat load of parts for free and theyre in the pot like 16grand now so they gopt screwed trying to screw me lol

I have a new complaint to add to the list! First do not use these guys--I MEAN IT! We bought a gokart for Christmas and used it for an hour and it caught on FIRE! Someone could have been seriously hurt but we were lucky as we were just starting it up again when it happened. If I didn't have a garden hose near by it would have blown up as the flames were over 3 feet high in 30 seconds time. My 11 year old could have trapped in it or it could have caught our forest on fire and many houses could have been lost within. You'd think they would act swiftly to such a matter. I sent pictures, VIN #, explanations and it's now over a month later and nothing has been resolved. Supposedly they are going to pick it up--but then what about the $1, 500 it cost? After reading everything about this company I am afraid if I send it back I might be out my money and my gokart. I say class action is a sure win here if there is an attorney out there that wants a simply case! And one last thing--if you have a faulty carborator, do be careful. We were truly fortunate that no one hurt!

I don't know what to expect yet. I just know I received a scooter on Thursday and haven't been able to contact customer service since. I don't have a sales slip, some of the parts don't seem to fit, one of the shock absorbers is reversed so I can't connect it without rigging something up and I cannot get an answer from the company. I was just looking for a scooter so I could save gas. All I seem to get is an unwanted hassle. I will keep sending emails and making phone calls, but after reading all of this I am thinking that maybe a class action suit may be the best thing.

I just got a scooter from PowerSportMax two days ago. I have to assemble much more than I was led to believe I would. I didn't get a bill of sales and have been sending emails and making phone calls about that, plus the fact that there are missing parts, missing bolts, bad directions on how to assemble the scooter and several other problems. Right now I am trying to find out how to return it, since it is supposed to have a 6 month warranty. When I call I can't get through because the phone is not being answered and the voicemail box is supposedly full. I think we should file a class action suit against this company also. I would be one person for that and I am just beginning to have to try to deal with them. I was just looking for a small scooter so I could save gas. All I am getting now is a headache and not scooter, no way to register it, and a headache when it comes to assembling it.

People, stop ordering from them, they are being prosecuted for internet fraud by Texas attorney General. Need I say more? They aren't a legitimate company anymore, just trying to steal enough money to pay their lawyers.

I had similar bad experiences with Power Sports Max.First, my electric started stopped working. The latch and separate lock system on the luggage box fell off.The gas started leaking out and is still leaking Very dangerous. When I turned the scooter off, it kept running, and I had to disconnect the battery. There were shorts in the electrical system, and I was always having trouble starting the scooter. The rack to hold the luggage box broke in half. The brakes were bad, a very loud scrapping noise. The stitching on the seat was coming unraveled. The rear seat lock would not lock the seat in place. The speedometer and mileage meter stopped working. They messed up my order twice and it took over a month to receive the motorbike. They did not send the rain cover.I asked the salesman if the bike had a glove compartment. He said "Yes".When I recieved the bike, there was no glove compartment.I had to reorder the rain cover and they forgot to put my apartment number. The turn signal blinkers stopped working. The rear view mirrors pointed down to the ground and I could not adjust to see oncoming traffic behind me.Most of these malfunctions happened in the first 2 or 3 weeks, and the rest of the problems were apparent within 3 months.THIS IS A VERY UNRELIABLE AND DANGEROUS MOTORBIKE- BAD BRAKES, LEAKING GAS, AND MIRRORS THAT DO NOT WORK.IT WAS NOT A NEW SCOOTER.IT WAS 3 YEARS OLD AND SAT IN A WAREHOUSE.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Very bad company. I ordered a 4-wheeler and received a 4 year old model that had sat in a warehouse somewhere and would not run. It did not come with a assembly instructions. Electrical connections were not together, fuel line wasn't connected, damaged parts...the list goes on and on. Don't buy from these people!

I have had problems every week I have had the motor bike.

The lights do not work, the rear view mirrors point down at the back tires even when adjusted to the highest position( very dangerous!), the stiching on the seat is ripping, the hinges on the luggage box fell off, the electric starter button fell out and the spring was lost, and the gas line is leaking gas( extremely dangerous!).

THE WIRING IS TOTALLY MESSED UP.I HAVE BEEN STRANDED 3 TIMES BECAUSE OF WIRING SHORTS.There is a very loud scetching, grinding noise coming from the front wheel.

I have had the run around from POWERSPORTS MAX.

WE NEED TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!

I will now report you to the BBB, and the Federal Trade Commision.

YOUR MOTOR BIKES ARE JUNK, AND VERY VERY DANGEROUS!
Leaking gas, faulty wiring, and non functional rear view mirrors.

There have been many NEGATIVE postings on the internet about POWERSPORTS MAX AND THE TITAN MOTOR BIKES.
I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!

DO not do business with Powersportsmax. I bought a go kart. It is a POS. The seat was ripped and there were parts missing. They told me they would send me replacement parts. That was 5 months ago. Don't bother calling, they won't answer. I suggest doing business with someone else if you want a good product and good service. They are a rip off.

Thank you all. I had been just ripped off by another company = Olson Power sports (Don't even think about giving money to them!), who took $1400 from me and never delivered anything, and were unavailable for contact. Now I learned my lesson, and I will contact the manufacturer first to check who is a real dealer. Also, I am glad I found this forum - I will not be falling for another scam now.

january 2010 - BEWARE. we purchased a 150cc gokart from powersport max in November 2009 as a Christmas gift for our kids. It arrived as promised in about a week. However, it was poorly packaged and TOTALLY UNASSEMBLED! This information was not on the website or in the fine print. thankfully my husband was able to put it together, but he has some knowledge of small engines, etc. the only thing together was the welded frame. he even had to install and connect the fuel tank! very poor directions. it took hours. Kids love it and he can probably keep it running. no place on powersportmax site to type a review. would have spent more to get something already put together. Will not buy from them again.

I will be more smarter after reading all these comment. I wish I could read these comment before I order my moped. I bought a moped from this company back in 06/2008 and I never got a tittle from them. I could not used the moped because I don't have any paper work to issued a tittle from the state where I live. It's exactly one year now and I called them more than 20 times, each time I called they just hung up on me.

I wish I had read these postings before purchasing a poor excuse for a Quad. Trust me you get what you pay for. Adding insult to injury is the support you recieve from these Jokers. From Day1 I had parts and hardware falling off like leaves in Autumn. It arrived with no manual, when I called they told me they ran out(I guess they never heard of a photocopier). The Battery died after a month. It's been a huge disappointment to my 10 year old son. The only positive is that I can truthfully say it does look pretty sitting in my garage. Stay away from POWERSPORTSMAX!

I too have had many problems with them. I bought 2 mopeds and right now they sit. I received parts for them. One ran for a month and the other has yet to see 5 miles on it. I have received a phone call from Manny(the tech) he wants me to do things to it and call him back. I have never had been able to reach anyone. They put you on hold and disconnect the call. I am fed up and have wrote a complaint to the CA attorney general. I urge you to do the same! Lets band together to help protect others who might fall into this scam as well. There are strengths in numbers.

Thank you,

I sell off brand atvs and dirtbikes, and the set-up of the new machine is the MOST IMPORTANT part.I hear people tell me all the time"it's $100 or $150 cheaper on the internet."I have found out that most of these websites are just people dropshipping machines from manufacturers in the U.S.A.We set-up ever machine, test ride, and stand behind all of our machines. When someone ACTUALLY HAS A "BRICK AND MOTAR STORE"there are expenses like rent, utilitys, payroll, employees taxes ect...This is why the machines are slightly higher, BUT when when there is a problem with the machine, the dealer is close enough, so you can drive over and confront the company in person-Not waiting on hold, or being hung up on.Isn't this worth spending alittle more?

Wow, I wish I had seen this site a month ago. I too purchased an ATV from these guys for my son for Christmas. It has started one time since I bought it. I have spent countless hours on the phone with these guys. They have sent me replacement parts - they did not work. I had the situation diagnosed by a small engine repair shop. The whole engine needs to be replaced. Who pays for freight for the new engine and the cost of putting in on? Me, of course. That is the lovely policy of Powersporstmax. So it is 3 weeks after Christmas, my kid still does not have his Christmas present, and Powersporstmax has washed their hands of the whole thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I see a lot of comments on this site that talk about lawsuits and investigations. Can anyone provide me any information as to status of any of these proceedings. I would be very interested. Please email me any information you might have.

I do agree with all negativ comments about POWERSPORTMAX. I did inform chamber of commerce with a certified letter, but it seems, they have some shares of powersportmax. They do not answer, exactly like the compagny. For example, they did send me a scooter model, different then the one I ordered. Battery missing, then after so many hangups, they send my a damaged one. I realy hope nobody will buy anything from such crooks.

I believe some complaints are from the competitors of powersportxmax. I visited www.powersportsmax.com, and found that the cheapest 400cc atv is 3399.95, so total cost for 4 atvs at least are around 14000, shipping cost not included. How could Tom Florance spend only about 10000 for 4 atvs. It is far more than 10000. I think he must be from the competitors of powersportsmax

Thanks for all the posts on this company. I was close to purchasing an ATV for my kids, and now I am not even considering it. I've gotten burned before and it's no fun. If you used a credit card for your purchase shouldn't the credit card companies be investigating these clowns?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE THE DEVIL IN DISGUISE!

I wish I could go back into time...I wasted around $1, 600. Please, for your own good, do NOT make the same mistake I made. Their scooters are CRAP. I bought one in July and it is now October. I have only been able to ride it for 2 weeks. So many things are wrong with it! The bottom of the exhaust just fell of while I was riding it one day, I had to replace the battery within the first week. The carberator stopped working, as well as most of the electric parts. The scooter will not even start now...

During the midst of these problems I TRIED to get in touch with Powersportmax, but they were always busy. When I did get in touch with them they never knew what to do and tried to rush me, or they would put me on hold until I hung up. I finally got in touch with them this morning. After finally being able to speak to the manager this morning, I got way too frustrated. I kept requesting to get a refund although it has been a few months. He kept saying no because I already titled it. Too frustrating...I could go on and on, but it's not worth it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM> ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY IT IS OVER!

SOMEBODY PLEASE SUE THEM

I sure wish that we would have looked this company up before we actually orderd. This has been the worst experience, and has left me with a $2300 loss.

We ordered a 250 cc scooter, and it would not start from day one. Seat was ripped, electrical problems, too much engine oil, cross-threaded bolts, disconnected hoses, etc. We called, emailed, left vm, did online requests, but were ignored for 8 days (shocking since their return policy is 7 days...). We ended up having it repaired locally, and after $200 invested in it there, it died AGAIN. We were given the OK to return for a refund, then they changed their minds and said no.

Now we're stuck with this scooter that does not run...and they never sent a valid title. The title they sent had the wrong VIN. BBB was no help, and the company is horrible.

I've never done business anywhere where they yell at customers and hang up on them. HORRIBLE COMPANY...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

We are now getting the title sent, and our $200 for the shop bill, but that's it. I was forced to buy a replacement elsewhere since my mode of transportation was unusable for 2 months. I now have a scooter that won't run and a title for it...yay. Don't really know what to do with the piece of crap now...

Anyone want to buy a crappy piece of plastic made in China?

If anyone identifies a class action lawyer, I'm in...
