Phoned expedia about hotel shuttle that failed to show up and they said I never called to arrange pickup (I called the day before) and would not refund money. We ended up taking a cab to the airport. This is the second time this has happened with their shuttle service (the shuttle never showed in Vegas last year after 3 calls).

I actually work for a shuttle service that advertises with expedia.ca. Just to let you know that all they do is advertise for these companies and that's it. The money that you pay for this service is only held by expedia and we (the service provider) bill your card and your refund would come from us. I feel sorry for Expedia because people don't understand that they should be calling the service provider and demand refund from them. Expedia is not providing the service.
