We are a fashion retailer that uses Pogo for our fashion store transfers. Mark Haughton and William staged a burglary of their own warehouse which contains our goods and claimed the insurance payout. Mark and Will have been ignoring our claims to be reimbursed for our stolen goods even though we have ascertained documents and a police report that they have been paid by their insurance company in which they claimed they have no insurance. They have moved warehouses once again to avoid litigation and have outstanding unpaid rent to their leaseholder which we have found out by default. Beware Mark Haughton and William are as dodgy as the day is long
As an ex worker I feel for you Kapais. Mark Andrew Haughton and William have registered over five companies including RPM Transport Group and Zero Seven Motorsports in a bid to ripped off as many workers and customers over the years. All the contractors were owed anywhere between 8-15 weeks pay and numerous customers did not ever received their stock which Mark and Will stole and then sold on eBay.
They even had a solicitor write correspondence to their customers stating it was lost in a burglary and insurance was not paid out.
I worked for mark for 2 years. Was called by him the first weekend of March to inform me that his business had gone under and was told the money owed to me was gone. $6113 was owed to me. Police can't do anything so have contacted a person who is at this very moment tracking him down. I feel sad as I have found out it's not the first time he's done this. I have a small family and its a lot of money for them to go without that money I worked stupid hours for. Mark if your reading this it won't be too long before you see me again and I won't be smiling but the total opposite. Pay me what I'm owed.
