My profile was hacked on Plenty of Fish. Someone took my user name, apparently changed my password and email . Left some info but changed the rest. Why I have no idea. I cannot access my account- says my email is not in the database. I have tried numerous time s to contact POF and the only thing received was an automated reply saying my email was received. The phone #, which I had to google to find, says the mailbox is full.. They have no customer service at all. The worst I have ever seen.

Mine was just hacked! I was an upgraded member. I am concerned about my billing information .
I agree, I just had my account hacked yesterday and I can find absolutely no way to get back into and correct it. This is without a doubt the worst site I have ever seen Marcus should be ashamed of himself for allowing this to happen.
my profile was also hacked, can't get into my acct., pof says my e-mail isn't in their data base either.No phone number to call, no help whatsoever.Lousy business practice.:Probably a way for them to get rid of clients who are on a free acct.
I completely agree with what Ellen said in her complaint about POF. I have left POF because of their bad business practices that do deliberately, intentionally & on purpose.
The owner/founder of POF thinks that the very bad business practices they do are lots
of fun. POF is the very worst online dating website in the entire world. POF doesn't deserve to be in business at all.
