The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Palladian Health is contracted by GHI to approve chiropractic treatment. Even though I have been diagnosed with a slipped disk via an MRI, and have been prescribed therapy by medical doctor, Palladian has initially denied paying for treatment. They delay my receiving treatment, while I am in pain, with continuous requests for more documentation.

Resolved

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am experiencing the same problem. Although I have had all previous treatments as needed and the doctor recommended this procedure, they turned it down. Furthermore, when I called to speak to someone, they refused to speak with me because my husband holds the insurance. I am the patient! That also delayed me for days. When I finally did get a chance to speak to someone on the phone, they were rude and dismissive, spoke over me, and refused to allow me to speak to management. This is a total waste of time and you are dealing with people who are clearly in pain and need help. I would never recommend to any health care provider to utilize this service.

I too have Palladian and have had many issues. I have had 5 surgeries over the past two years and I keep on getting denied therapy. I have even gone through two External Appeals processes and won both. Still, Palladian keeps on denying me care. If you would like to explore legal action against Palladian. Please let me know.

This company partners with my medical insurance to process physical therapy claims and I believe they purposely misplace paperwork and deny claims because they know most patients are too busy to follow up and then they won't have to pay out. The customer service reps are often rude and dismissive, and difficult to work with. They also do not provide accurate information to help move the claim forward, so that things stagnate for months and months.

I have the same issue with Palladian. They continuously deny claims, and delay payments. They lose documents and claim they never received them. They never follow up and when you try and call them to follow up yourself, they are rude on the phone and pretend you are at fault when you clearly are not. It appears that their job is to keep denying until the claim window runs out, so the patient never ends up getting paid. This is the absolute worst company I have ever encountered in the health insurance industry. They need to be investigated.
