Don’t work for Ohio Steel Construction. I have worked for them 5 months and when we have finished the project, this company hasn’t paid us. They lied that the customer was away and he would transfer money within 5 days. Later we heard completely different story. We complained, but no one cared about it. We placed our review here and thought it would be helpful for other users.
I am Steven O'Riley with O'Riley Karate Centers... I am located in Smyrna, Tn. which is Rutherford County... I have been attempting to get this man since 2016 with no luck yet. He is a professional crook yet in speaking to him he has the gift. The gift of relaxed crookedness that is believable on all levels... I was not part of his Bankruptcy! The case is still open at this time. This man told one of the lawyers that we would not get a dime and he would file Bankruptcy before a dime would be issued... Hearsay of course for I was not present at the time this was said. His lawyers are sneaky as well to be able to stay out of this somehow. I am told the bankruptcy was due to dealings with a Church organization to build a pavilion for them and never finished the job... This guy is surely a crook... What is getting me involved here is a phone call from a person looking for people like us. Jeff Simmons and his crew have stolen $45, 000.00, according to them and are in the judgement stage of their own court case... It seems their case was executed since mine which goes back a bit... I am with you in saying how do they stay out of jail...
Ohio Steel Construction, LLC. (OSC) along with Nancy Locke, Jeff Simmons and the Robert E. Soles, Jr. Law Firm are fundamentally deceptive CROOKS!
The above mentioned has stolen money from NORTH LIBERTY TOWNSHIP of Indiana, AMERICAN REFRACTORY of WV., who filed legal action through the courts against OSC on Dec. 4, 2015., PERFORMANCE FIBERGLASS of WV., who attempted to file legal action, but Jeff Simmons declared bankruptcy to avoid being sued., O'RILEY KARATE CENTERS of TN. and many more including vendors and subcontractors. When Jeff Simmons was conducting business as Structure Steel Buildings he operated so atrociously that the Better Business Bureau announced that they had received a number of complaints from the public during the last 36 month reporting period and they felt the complaints were of a serious nature. These complaints ranged from failure to pay vendors, non payment to subcontractors for services rendered, non fulfillment of contracts and complaints from those who already filed legal action through the courts. The Better Business Bureau also issued an alert warning the public about Jeff Simmons and Structure Steel Buildings. Another fraudulent company that Nancy Locke and Jeff Simmons interchangeably operate under is Engineered Building Systems, LLC. which lists Robert Soles, Jr. as its only Principle with the Ohio Secretary of State's office. My question for State and Local Government is why aren't any of the above mentioned individuals in jail? How are these fraudulent companies still in operation? How many more consumers need to be ripped off before something is done? I'm curious to know...
