Hi,
I would like to file my dissatisfaction with the communication problem incurred between the agent and financial presentation in Naza wheel Plentong JB. We have made deposit of Rm2000 to the agent (name can be provided upon request) and have even expressed our interest in the car purchase. However, the financial department has delayed and failed our request to submit the docs to the panel bank chosen from mid Dec till 2/2/2023, with no update of progress and no submission of our docs to the panel bank chosen till 2/2/2023. We regret to inform you that we are at our utmost disappointment and would like someone of more powerful representative to keep us in touch, preferably a branch manager.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the communication problem incurred between the sales agent and financial representative in Naza wheel Plentong JB. We have made a deposit of Rm2000 to the agent (name can be provided upon request) in mid Dec and have even expressed our interest in the car purchase. However, the financial department has delayed and failed our request to submit the docs to the panel bank chosen from mid Dec till 2/2/2023,with no update of progress and no submission of our docs to the panel bank chosen till 2/2/2023. The financial department (Jo from Jb Plentong branch) has asked for the choice of panel bank we are interested in for hire purchase loan but to no avail until we approached him of the update. Three weeks later, he explained only then, that he is not in charge of the loan application other than the Mers in house loan and that everything should be done by the sale agent-in-charge instead. He asked for consent to pass all the docs to the sale agent and we agreed to it. Two weeks later Upon asking the sale agent of the progression AGAIN, the sale agent failed to submit our docs although Jo promised this could be done by the sales agent.
We truly regret to inform you that we are at our utmost disappointment and would like someone of more powerful representative to keep us in touch and have a face to face meeting to discuss about the situation ,preferably a branch manager, before we decide to take further action about this inefficiency and miscommunication between your representatives . This is genuinely unprofessional and should not be happening to a sought-after car brand like Naza Wheel.

We bought a Mercedes Benz ( new ) car from the company in Kuantan Pahang branch in Malaysia. The manager of the company for very weird reason sold us a repainted car. Not very sure what is the reason but they gave us a car which is originally silver and painted black. We were not told that the car was repainted and we just knew about it 6 months later when the paint chipped off and when we saw the car title that was sent to us few months later, it's silver was crossed off and hand written as black. We had made several complaints and meeting with the main branch company in Kuala Lumpur and they will only compensate us with free service. The manager of the branch even told me during the meeting that is is " very common of our practice to repaint it if and sell it if we need to". Very dishonest company and the manager has been totally irresponsible.
