Non-recharging of prepaid account

Today on 14-05-2007 I've recharged my prepaid account with balance of rs.15 for out-going purpose between 2:15 pm to 2:30 pm. 15 mins. After recharging i again visited the place where i recharged it but sales person told me it will be recharged but its 4:24 pm now and i didn't get any message from company and my account is not recharged yet. This is quite disgusting and shameful for such a giant company. What should i do? Can anyone suggest me?

Recently Ive purchased GSM SIM from retailer after 10 days suddenly I lost network connection without any information then I approached to customercare but their response is too worst I never see this type of response in any othernetwork
Finally I went to Dwarakanagar(visakhapatnam) regarding this network problem, they simply told me that we will give u new SIM if u pay 100/-Rs we can't do anything at this moment because the network is not completely activated in Andhrapradesh(as per their point of view you will get connection if u stay city outskirts or in rural area if so why they are selling these SIM'S to customers if they are facing problems).In this regard they are cheating the customers and their way of response is also not good
