Bad customer care

God only knows why you are sending me a link as to the which shops are services points..My phone is already in your care or at whatever service station in JHB South Africa and has been for the last month and a half. I don’t care about the progress any more as I was told the phone would take approximately 2-3 weeks to fix. I have tried via e-mail and by phone but have had no response as to where the phone might be and why it is taking so long to repair. I am fed up with the service and just want the phone back so that I can take it back to the people who sold it to me so I can get my money back and by a different phone as I do not want my time, money or patience wasted waiting for you or any of your incompetent staff inconveniencing me anymore. I have been without this phone for 3 months now and do not want to be without a phone for another 3 months. Do you people not understand that the reason I bought the phone in the first place was because I had the upmost respect for nokia before I had to deal with this and was under the impression the phone would help me in my day to day life with the running of my business. As it is I have already lost numerous jobs and income due to this. All I want is the dam phone back as I am not prepared to wait any longer. Do you idiotic people not understand ?? Even your customer care line promised to call me within 48 hours to inform me of the progress on my phone but even they have still to call me back and it is already over the 48 hour period.
